"What is that supposed to mean, Miss Mandy?" Master Long's patience was running thinner than a virus's thickness. At any moment, he could lash out and send the girl to her death with a simple glance. The atmosphere was horrifyingly icy cold. It was also very thick so much so that one could cut through it with a butter knife.
"W-why aren't you screaming in pain?!" Mandy pointed at Snow and started to slowly back away, her face full of disappointment, frustration and fear mixed together.
"Why should I? Sure it was painful when you poured it, but not anymore. It just kind of stings now," Snow looked at Mandy confused as she answered, her hand no longer pressed on her left eye.
