Kai learns the basics of sealing by learning how to draw basic Talismans like healing, defense, attacking, illusion, etc. Kai is now a 1-star sealing master, this took 10 years but only 10 minutes have passed in the real world.
Kai walks out of the first level into the second level, the second level taught Kai how to use Talismans and how to use multiple Talismans at the same time. Kai eventually is taught how to use blood to enhance some Spells/Talismans effects.
40 years later, Kai is now a 2-star sealing master because he can use 4 Talismans at the same time. Kai can only use as much as his body is willing to handle, he can't use qi but if he could then he would be able to use much more Talismans.
Kai walks out of the second level into the third level, this level taught Kai how to make Talisman that can be used multiple times, this takes 60 years to master, and Kai is now a 3-star sealing master.
Kai walks out of the third level to the fourth level, this level taught Kai how to make Talismans that can last for an almost infinite amount of times, and Kai is now a 4-star sealing master.
130 years later, Kai walks out of the fourth level to the fifth level, this level taught Kai how to make Heavenly Talismans with Heavenly qi from the Heavenly realm, Kai had to use external Heavenly qi since he did not have Heavenly qi, and Kai is now a 5-star sealing master.
200 years later, Kai walks into the 6th level, this level taught Kai how to make Talismans that could seal qi, this was the level where Kai is able to remove his seal from his soul and Kai does but it takes a tremendous amount of effort. Kai is now a 6-star sealing master.
400 years of struggling with the seal in Kai's heart, Kai manages to finally remove it but as soon as he does, a tremendous amount of qi surges through his body forcing open his meridians and filling his qi pool overfilling it.
In the real world, Kai is floating in the air, and all of a sudden he starts glowing. Kai focuses on controlling the output of his qi so that it does not destroy his body. Kai starts to feel all kinds of feelings, anger, sadness, depression, excitement, etc.
Kai balances out those feelings but the qi pouring out of his body was tremendous, Kai decides to seal 90% of his qi into his soul until he trains his body to be able to handle that amount of qi. Finally, Kai could use qi, the 10% amount of his qi is still a lot comparing to normal standards.
Kai opens his eyes to see that more than 1000 years have passed but it seemed like only 1000 minutes have passed in the real world. Kai checks his stats and it reads:

His qi increased tremendously, he gained a lot of stat points in all of his stats. He exceeded level 20 by hitting level 25, his quests changed also. Kai checks his quests and it read:

*Sigh* Kai takes a deep breath as he realizes the stronger he gets the amount of Daily Quests increase. Kai checks his body and realizes that his meridians opened, they were blocked before since he could not use qi.
His qi pool also increased in size, Kai tries circulating qi, and he succeeds which makes him so happy. Kai wondered if his dad would be suspicious if he suddenly uses qi so he decides to not tell his dad.
Kai wonders if he can get a cultivation method that can increase his qi, then a message pops up and it reads: You can buy cultivation methods from The Store. The store? Kai thought and Kai is teleported to the store but in his mind.
The store was legit like a store but with cultivation stuff and other random stuff like a staff called Wukong's staff that can increase infinitely in mass and size which sounded preposterous to Kai. Kai went to the Cultivation Method aisle.
They were categorized in basic which was grey, intermediate which was yellow, advanced which was purple, other cultivation methods that had ??? on them. Kai went to pick up the ones that had ??? on them and a message pops up that reads: You are too low level and they exceed your realm, that is why you cannot read them.
Kai puts it back and wonders how is he gonna pay, then a message pops up and reads: You have 90,000 points currently. Kai checks the advanced cultivation method books and they were 2,000,000 points.
Kai puts it back and checks out the prices, Kai figures out the prices. The better the cultivation method, the more points you have to spend. Some cultivation methods in the same categories are superior to others making them more expensive.
Kai looks sad as the intermediate were so expensive also, Kai decides to choose a basic cultivation method, the highest method was 50,000. Kai chooses the most expensive one called: Open Meridian Cultivation Method.
Open Meridian Cultivation Method was a method that allowed Kai to absorb qi 20x faster but he has to be naked and his meridians are opened. This is bad because if somebody attacks him during his meditation while his meridians are opened, they might injure the meridians making Kai a cripple.
Kai buys the method and buys some qi pills and begins meditation, he pops some pills and absorbs the qi from the pill as well as the environment. 40 minutes later Kai begins to form...
