There was a bit of a buzz in there, maybe because it was the voices of Nikita's students that were coming and going.
"Yes Bagas... what's wrong?" asked Nikita a bit shouting.
"Can you accompany me for therapy this afternoon?" asked Bagas hesitantly saying it until his voice was swallowed, hoping that Nikita didn't hear it.
But Nikita has heard it even though Bagas's voice is barely audible. And that surprised Nikita there. Nikita covered her mouth with one of her hands.
Her eyes suddenly became teary. Her heart was really happy to hear the news from Bagas.
"Mrs. Elina must be very happy with all of this. I have imagined that Mrs. Elina will always be happy and will not be sad anymore." Nikita said to herself when she heard that Bagas wanted therapy.
"Nikita, did you hear what I said?" asked Bagas, really nervous because there was no answer from Nikita either.
"Yes... of course, I want to accompany you Bagas. This... really surprised me." said Nikita on the other side excitedly.
Bagas let go of a smile hearing Nikita's answer. Again his heart rumbled violently, his heart beat twice than usual. Elina, who was in front of Bagas, asked through her eye signals, what was Nikita's answer.
Bagas gave an answer in the form of a thumbs up sign indicating that Nikita was willing to accompany him.
Elina smiled, her face looked very happy. Her prayers have been heard by God.
After hearing Nikita's answer and saying a few words. Bagas turned off the call and looked at his mother Elina with a red face.
Elina sat in front of Bagas rubbing her son's cheek with happy tears.
"Hope you can walk soon dear." said Elina hoarsely holding back tears of joy.
"Thank you Mom, pray for Mom ... so that I can walk as soon as possible." said Bagas begging to be spoiled.
Elina smiled, trying to tease her son. Elina wanted to know if this change was because of Nikita or not. Elina wanted to make sure.
"Of course dear, I always pray for you dear. Now answer me honestly, is my son back like he was in love?" asked Elina with a smile.
Elina's question immediately made Bagas' white face turn red like a boiled crab.
It's like swallowing saliva that doesn't exist. Bagas's eyes shone weakly, he couldn't answer his mother's question at all.
Bagas himself was confused with his heart, whether he fell in love with Nikita or not. What Bagas knows and he can feel, is a comfortable and calm feeling, and then continues with his heart which is always irregular, he also felt when he was with Aya.
The feeling that Bagas used to feel, now he experienced again and it was like deja vu for Bagas.
His mother's touch on his hand made Bagas wake up and look up at his mother.
"Mom, I'm not in love anymore. But the feelings I had are back, Mom, and I believe in these same feelings." Bagas tried to explain to his mother but was confused about where to start.
Elina's brow furrowed, trying to digest what Bagas just said. But still Elina could not understand what Bagas meant.
"What do you mean, dear?" do you want to tell me that your feelings are now with the same woman?" Elina asked with what was on her mind, she really understood her son's heart.
"Yes, Mom." Bagas replied weakly, still confused.
"Who is she dear? If you noticed, didn't you fall in love with Nikita? But now why do you say your feelings are with the same woman again?" asked Elina in surprise.
Bagas was taken aback for a moment and shame covered his face again, only because his mother guessed that he was in love with Nikita.
Bagas can't hide his shame anymore, and indeed Bagas has never been able to hide anything from his mother since childhood.
"Yes Mom...maybe Momy is right, I seem to fall in love with Nikita, but what I felt when I first met her and then got to know her better, Nikita seems to be similar to Aya, Mom. Although I don't know Aya's face now, but The feelings and heart that I feel for Nikita now are the same as the ones I felt for Aya before." Bagas tried to explain to his mother. And Bagas knew for sure that his mother was also confused as he was.
Elina listened attentively to how her son felt. And little Elina caught the meaning of Bagas' story.
"Do you mean, Nikita and Aya...are the same girl dear?" asked Elina doubtfully. Elina was really nervous about the conclusion.
"Yes Mom... it seems like that, but I can't be sure. But what makes me sure is the feeling I feel. And Nikita's sad eyes are the same as Aya's sad eyes, Mom. I will never forget Aya's sad look, when I looked at me first." again Bagas told his belief to his mother.
Elina's hand gently massaged her forehead, it felt like a thread that could not be untied. How can Bagas believe that Nikita is Aya.
"Then what should you do to make sure honey?" asked Elina
"I also don't know Mom, if I tell this directly to Nikita. I'm afraid that Nikita won't admit it. Momy remembers, last time Aya hated me so much that she didn't want to see me when I wanted to say goodbye." said Bagas sadly. Sadness enveloped Bagas's heart again, and it made Elina's heart also sad. She gently rubbed Bagas's shoulder, and gave her son an enthusiastic smile.
"Be patient, dear, Momy is sure that everything will be beautiful in its time. Always pray that Aya will come back soon. Whether it's Nikita or not." said Elina with a gentle gaze strengthening Bagas' heart.
"I wish Aya was Nikita, Mom. Because I can't love any other woman but Aya. Aya is my first love and my last love." said Bagas holding back feelings of longing for Aya, a little girl whom he loves until now.
"I'm sure, what you feel will definitely come true dear. You have to believe that true love will definitely return to the owner of his heart." said Elina, rubbing Bagas's face lovingly. Elina hopes Bagas finds his happiness.
Bagas put his head on his mother's chest, hugged his mother's waist tightly. He wanted his to put down the endless burden of his feelings. This feeling is very heavy, it is very painful.
