It has been a full week since the victory over the demon king, Adriaan was in charge of the demons now, reigning in place of Mirabella who had vanished immediately after the incident.
She had held I and Micheal in an embrace, kissing Micheal soothingly and then surprisingly kissing me too, before turning and disappearing.
We all knew what had happened without speaking, i looked at Michael and Adriaan and i saw it in thier eyes that they knew too, the sleeper had awakened.
I don't know how that made me feel, especially after the kiss, but i knew things weren't going to be the same anymore. The only love i had known, who had deceived and betrayed me was now a part of the woman Micheal loved dearly.
What was i to do?
As much as i despised Cataline for what she did, i know deep down i still love her, and it was only a matter of time before it showed and consumed me afresh, then what would become of my love and devotion to Micheal?
