I turn my attention back to the envelope in my hand and turn it over, a red card falls out and I pick it up. There's nothing on the card save a lions head crested on it.
The feeling I get holding on to the card is eerie and almost familiar, I feel like I know what it means and I also feel like it means a lot to me, but try as I may, I can't remember anything relating to the symbol on the card. Micheal is at the reception waiting for me, its 5 in the evening and I am exhausted, I smile and hug him briefly, he takes my bag from me and we walk to the car.
"Why is Beatrice here?" I say as the front gate opens automatically for us, micheal gives me a side glance and then looks back at the road.
"Is she alone?" He asks me
"Nah, she's with Jason".
