The Ruins of the Thunder God was an incredibly ancient and elusive site. For centuries, mages, scholars, warriors, nations, and empires had searched, going from world to world, all looking for the tiniest clue that could lead them to the Thunder God's Ruins. It was only by chance that Donnelan's search party had found some barely usable traces, and subsequently found a detailed magical map that led them to the ruins.
