The soft footfalls of Kasuyi and Jennet echoed through the empty halls of the clinic. After hearing Kasuyi's reason for being here, instead of being at home, she had offered to take him to see the, so he wouldn't be alone. Kasuyi had been unable to reply her, and she hadn't minded, knowing that the boy needed someone at his side to help him make it through these tough times.
They soon arrived in front of the room where the two patients were resting. Holding open the door, Jennet ushered Kasuyi inside. The two occupants turned to face them when they heard the door open. The blond haired man was awake this time, having rested enough for him to regain consciousness.
They both looked guiltily at Kasuyi.
Before either of them could speak, Kasuyi presented the bouquet of flowers to them, which the blond man tentatively took from him.
"Thank you, Kasuyi." His dark eyes were droopy with sadness as he looked down at the now orphaned boy.
