Kasuyi grinned upon hearing Boyd's deduction. "You caught me there." He raised his arms into the air. "Kai has extraordinary talent, but only if he can learn to harness that power." Kasuyi patted Kai's shoulders one more time.
"For now, all that doesn't matter. They are too weak to be able to make a difference. Let us focus on training the young ones now." Kasuyi's smile slipped off his face, and Kai knew that it was time to get serious. He followed Kasuyi's gaze to the other side of the clearing they were standing in, and found four teenager standing there. His eyes ran over their features before coming to a stop over a face that he recognized all too well.
"Reinhard?" Kai took a step forward, but stopped when he remembered where he was.
