*Present Time*
Kasuyi's firm footfalls echoed through the grand halls of his stone castle. In truth, although it was 'his' castle, he had never really taken the time to decorate the place. The only thing that graced the walls and floors of the castles were the decorations that had been carved into the stone while it was being created, and some random paintings of himself.
The plain walls and floors were in stark contrast to those of the Elven palace. He still remembered the sights he had gotten to see when he had escorted Boyd to reclaim his position as Prince of the Elves. The beautiful paintings that had decorated the Elven walls, and the vibrant green roots that gave the palace that needed splash of life were very much opposite to the halls of his castle.
