Kasuyi stared at the being made of gold energy with confusion evident in his eyes. Did he know this being?
Suddenly, like his mind was hit with an overwhelming force, Kasuyi staggered, and fell to his knees, clutching his pounding skull. A flood of memories was dumped into his head. He had no idea when or how he lost these memories, but he had, at some point, and he hadn't even noticed.
Memories from after he touched the golden scepter. Being trapped inside his own mental space, and meeting a being made from golden energy. One that referred to him as the Bearer of Knowledge.
"Who... Who are you?" He hesitantly asked.
[Me?] Her voice was soft and tender, slipping into Kasuyi's ears and soothing his aching mind. [I am one that has been there since the beginning. A being who didn't need to go through the trials and tribulations that your kind do. Without me, knowledge would not exist, and without knowledge, no race shall live.]
