"Funny how you say that, and pull me out right when he tells me that you created the beast. Tell me father dearest, what the fuck?" Unar said to his father, making Edison look at him like he was in another world.
He hadn't expected such crude behavior from his son, but maybe the young prince had had enough of his father's shit. It didn't help that Edison looked like he had been run over by the beast more times than one.
The king had been sleeping in his bed, though he couldn't get himself to rest, thanks to his nightmares about the beast of the midlands.
Unar didn't even want to ask any more questions right now, but this one was necessary. He wanted to know for himself and wanted to prove that his father was innocent. But then nothing about Edison screamed innocent.
Unar knew that, and the damn council knew that too.
