To find Aiko the wife of the guild master Ichijou, the adventurer who can manipulate any being, to make sure if she's the one who sent the fire dragon to the Magic Town to attack it and get revenge for what the guild master have done, Haruto and Akari set off going to the Port Town to find her.
While on the way they rest a little so that they can regain their energy, while the two of them are resting, they saw a merchant going to the same way.
Then Haruto sense something was off, he bring Akari and hide, while they were hiding, the merchant was attack by some bandits, Haruto and Akari jump in and protect the merchant, the bandits tried to attack the two of them but they were beaten and run away.
The merchant thank them for saving him, Haruto asked if they steal so often, the merchant tell them that those bandits started to steal things a while ago, ever since that, the adventurers or other merchants don't use this way to the Port Town, then Haruto asked the merchant why did he use the path where the bandits steal, the merchant said that he has business with someone in the Port Town but he need to go there in 2 days or not it will be cancelled, It will take 5 days if he use the other path.
Haruto said that he can come with them to the Port Town to make sure he's safe, since the merchant has no choice he agreed to come with them, the three of them go to the Port Town together, when they continue to travel it's already afternoon, they decided to rest until the sun rise.
The next day they continue traveling, while they were traveling they were attacked by bandits, the merchant were trembling in fear he don't know want to do, Haruto tell him to calm down, they were surrounded by bandits, then the boss of the bandits make a appearance, he said that it is pay back for what Haruto and Akari done to his comrade.
Haruto is the one who take on with their boss while Akari take on the others, a battle broke out, they fight and fight, but they were so strong and many, Akari was badly injured, but still Haruto didn't have up he still fight back, he was knocked down over and over, but still insist to stand up, when the bandit's boss started to release his final blow, Haruto he split into 3, he learned a new magic, a darkness magic that can split his body, Shadow Split, Haruto attack the bandit's boss at the same time he last take down the others, the merchant uses one of his potion to heal Akari, when Akari was fully healed, she helped Haruto and they defeat all the bandit's including their boss, they tied them up and left.
The merchant were surprised that Haruto and Akari take down the bandits, they continue to travel until they finally arrived at the Port Town.
Haruto and Akari was amazed by the beautiful sea and a peaceful town, there's so many seafood in the town so as accessories made from shells.
They were really happy that they go to the Port Town.
