As I stand next to her holding my breath like a nervous teenage boy. I do not know what she is going to say about the horse carriage and if she thinks it is a stupid idea. Then she turns to me and says.
"I never thought in a million years that this is going to happen tonight"
"D-do you like it?"
I rub my neck with my hand as I look down because I know that my cheeks are flushed.
"Oh my god, I love it. I always wanted to go into one of these"
I can not stop the smile on my face. I am so happy that she likes it.
"I am so happy you like it"
Then we make our way to the horse carriage and then I hold out my hand for her to get in. It is so good to feel her hand in mine and to see her face again. Then suddenly, I realized that I have to get up these steps to get in the horse carriage.
