Chapter 4 - Chapter 4 - Declan Walsh

"Wake up my sleepy daughter," I hear somebody say snappin me out of my beauty sleep.

"Oh hey mom what happened? What time is it?" I ask her.

"Well nothing happened you were asleep for 4 hours I ain't suprised either, but we have dinner with your father and his wife," my mom says looking at me.

"Uhm ok uhh what should I know or expect?" I ask her.

"Well you look a lot like your father obviously. Um your fathers wife is the girl he cheated on me with and he hasn't seen you because he doesn't deserve to. Also don't make remarks on him or his wife while were at dinner, and act like yourself," she says walking out of my room.

Well shit just got real. I get off of the pile of clothes I was sleeping on and look for something to change into. Hmm maybe a soccer jersey and some black ripped jeans and some Jordans.

I go to fix my black hair and straighten it because its a curly mess. I apply a little bit of mascara to make my green and blue eyes pop. I know what your think a green and blue eye. Well yeah my left eye is green and my right eye is blue it is very rare, but I like rare. As for what my mom said earlier I don't look like her at all. She is blonde with blue eyes and has a cool body tone. My dad well I don't know what he looks like but im guessing I got my green eye from him and my black long curly hair and my skintone. Which is tan by the way.

*30 minutes later*

"Honey are you ready yet were going to be late?" my mom yelled from downstairs.

"Coming mum let me get my phone and car keys," I tell her.

I know what your thinking you have a car, but you took your moms? Well yeah my car had to be shipped here because my moms was already shipped here when we moved.

"Mom were taking my car so hop in," I tell my mum getting in the drivers seat.

"Ok honey you look good as always," She says like a teenager. I swear my mum hasn't aged a bit from her teenage years.

By the way my mums 34. She had me at 18 years.

I turn on the radio. One of my favorite songs is on Get You by Daniel Caesar.

Every time I look into your eyes I see it

You're all I need

Every time I get a bit inside I feel it

Ooh, who would've thought I'd get you?

Ooh, who would've thought I'd get you?

We finally arrive at a house that looks somewhat like ours. Ours has a better taste though. What its the truth!

"Mom are you ready to go in?" I ask walking up the steps.

"Yes it's been 16 years since I seen the man I fell in love with that got me pregnant and cheated on me," She says with confidence.

"Yes mum we love the confidence," I compliment her like were long lost sisters.

She just giggles.

I knock on the door.

A lady that looks a little younger than my mum opens the door. Once she sees us she smiles at us.

"Ahh you must be Sienna Murphy and Orla Walsh," She says with a actual real smile.

"Uhm yes do you mind if I ask who you are?" I ask her.

"Oh yes where is my manners I am your fathers wife Sheana Walsh," She says stepping aside so we can go inside.

Then I see a figure he looks just like me. He looks the same age as my mother and has black curly hair and green eyes.

Thats my father...

"Omg is that Orla Walsh?" he asks coming towards me and my mom.

"Uhm yes Declan this is our daughter Orla," my mom says awkwardly.

He comes up to me looking at me with adore and lust. Uhm not the lovey dovey lust the omg your my daughter type of lust.

"Uhm hello father," I say trying to get rid of the awkwardness.

"Omg you look like a spitting image of me accept your eyes. Wow you have 2 different eye colors," he says admiring my eyes.

"Yeah haha its a short story actually it's rare to have what I have which is 2 different eye colors," I awkwardley laugh.

"Wow I can't believe I actually have a child, lets go sit down at the table," he says motioning for me and my mum to go.

"Tell us about yourself Orla," Sheana says.

"Well before we moved I was star defense on the boy's soccer team. Yes I play soccer its my life I guess I get it from my mom. I have a boy bestfriend back at my hometown. I love marine life. That's all you need to know for now," I say to them.

"Wow you have my looks and your moms confidence and skill," he tells me.

"Yep my mom is a badass for a single mother," I tell him with a smirk.
