5:51PM. Nine Minutes until the service starts, people had already begun to crowd the entrance.
Kazu-nee was sat in the fist row twiddling her thumbs. Her short brown hair, decorated in white flowers. Anyone would mistake her as a quiet and reserved girl.
Men in fashionable suits stared at her with greedy eyes by the snack bar, holding glasses of wine and grinning.
Pathetic.
Ignoring the perverted adults I ran over to Kazu-nee grabbing her by the hand and pulling her into a back room behind the main stage. Looking back I could almost taste the jealousy oozing from the guys at the tables.
Serves them right.
"Where are we going?" Kazu-nee asked as we ran behind the church's main area.
I pushed open the door at the back, revealing a staircase that spiraled up towards the heavens. Still running forward, I led my sister by the hand.
We were running for almost five minutes until finally a heavy wooden door came into view. I swung it open.
Inside there were two armchairs sat by a little fireplace and a carpet in the middle of the floor. In-between the chairs stood a table with two cups of tea.
"Where is this-?" Kazu-nee started.
"It's a room."
"Shut up."
Suddenly I realised that maybe I had ran here too fast. Maybe the person I wanted here hadn't arrived yet?
Apparently luck was on my side.
Sat in one of the chairs, with their back facing us was a little girl.
"Sit down," I ushered my sister.
As soon as she got to the chairs Kazu-nee's face morphed into one of pain and annoyance. For the person sat there, was none other than Hanako.
"What the hell? Why have you done this to me, Yato!?!" Kazu-nee instantly screamed in my face.
"Just work shit out by yourselves; I'm outta here!"
And with that, I ran out the room, leaving a pissed and somewhat even more pissed couple of sisters.
