"But Alex, you should know that Zio and I no longer love each other. Zio and I are now just parents of our children." Alex smiled as he winced in pain that was getting unbearable.

"Alex, I love you so much, honey... I love you..." Kia then kissed Alex's lips gently. Kia didn't let go even though she was also almost out of breath.
