It's been about a week and a half since my date with Danny. It's Tuesday and homecoming is on Friday. The girls and I decided to go to the mall to look for dresses after school today.
It's currently lunchtime and the girls and I are throwing fries at Jerrico for saying something about how we are being crazy.
"I'm sorry! I didn't know you were on your periods, let alone that they could sync up. How does that even happen," he says while trying to shield himself with Brian's body who yells when ketchup gets on his shirt.
"Dude, don't ask questions you don't want the answer to. Just nod and tell her she's pretty," we give him murderous looks and he stops talking.
We roll our eyes and eat the rest of his fries.

After our last class ends, we head out to my car to go to the mall, but the boys stop us.
"Are you guys still upset," Danny asks as they approach us cautiously.
"Haven't decided yet. Do any of you want to say or do something else dumb," I reply back while narrowing my eyes at him.
"I didn't even do anything," he yells flabbergasted.
"You're associated with those two idiots," I say pointing at Brian and Jerrico who are trying to get back into the girls' good graces.
"Babe," he whines, giving a pouty face.
I stare at him for a minute before I roll my eyes and lean up to give him a short kiss.
"You're lucky that you're cute," I tell him. He gives me a big dimpled grin and gives me a peck before letting me go to the girls so we can head to the mall.
When we make it to the mall we immediately start going through different stores to find the perfect dresses. We make it to the third store and it looks like it has some potential. We walk in and are greeted by the checkout girl.
"Welcome to Beautiful dreams, I'm Rachael and I'm here if you need help finding anything," she says cheerily.
"Thanks, we will definitely come to find you if we need anything," Ariel tells her with a smile. Beth and I give her a smile as well before we fan out and look for dresses. After about an hour, we meet back at the same spot and show each other the options we chose.
I ended up finding a black and baby pink dress. It is black at the top and as it goes down, it turns pink with black butterflies dotted around in different sizes. I also found some black ankle boot heels to go with it.
Beth ended up with a two-piece green dress. The top was sleeveless and had sequins all over it. The bottom was tulle with satin fabric on the ends and it went all the way down past her ankles. She paired her dress with some silver flats that had sequins all over.
Ariel found a dress that looked blue at some angles and purple at others, with a nude fabric underneath and it went down to about her mid-thigh. She found some purple suede heels to go along with it.
We were satisfied with our choices and head to the checkout.
"Did y'all find everything okay," Rachael asked us.
"We did, thank you," I tell her with a smile.
After we pay, we leave with our garment bags and shoeboxes. We head to the food court to eat because we were hungry.
Ariel goes to find us a table while Beth and I go stand in line to order food. We fought over what to get and just ended up ordering a Hawaiian pizza. We walk back to Ariel and notice the boys standing by her.
"What are you guys doing here," I ask them suspiciously.
"They were probably spying on us trying to sneak a peek at our dresses Beth says while looking at her brother with her eyes narrowed.
"We would never," Brian says putting his hand over his heart in mock hurt.
We look at each other before turning back to them and saying, "Yes you would".
"Don't you hate when they do that," Jerrico asks Danny, who just nods in agreement.
We roll our eyes at them and sit down to eat our pizza and the boys sit with us. Danny reaches to grab a piece but Ariel smacks his hand away.
"That is not for you," she narrows her eyes at him.
He looks at me for help and I just ignore him, taking a bite out of the piece in my hand.
"Dude, do not try to eat a woman's food when they're on their period. They do not like to share and will end up stabbing you with a fork," Brian says, glaring at his sister.
She shrugs and gives him a smirk.
"I told you no and you tried to grab my chips anyway. Not my fault you are hard of hearing," she tells him.
He just huffs and crosses his arms, pouting like a child.
We hang out with the guys for a little longer and then we all leave to head home.
I drop off the girls and then head home for family night. Tonight we're watching a movie and it's the twins' turn to choose. They decide on Onward and halfway through they fall asleep, which was to be expected. When the movie is over, my parents take them to their room and I head to mine to shower.
When I'm finished and ready for bed, I turn off the light and get into bed. Before I can lay down, there is a knock on the door and I say come in. My dad peeks his head in and turns on the light. Thanks for asking dad.
"Hey, daddy. Is everything okay," I ask him.
He comes in and sits on my bed and asks if we can talk.
"Yeah, what's up? Is everything okay," I asked him concerned.
