Nicholas didn't budge and slowly point his torch up to the ceilings.
"Shi-" Nicholas covered the soldier's mouth before looking back to the creatures latched on the ceiling of the basement.
They slowly backed away towards the door, making sure to be stealthy as possible. But before they could stand up and go back inside the lobby, Lucas and Anne opened the door wider and saw them on the stairs.
"What are you two- Eep!" Anne squeaked as she got dragged to the side by Lucas as the soldier and Nicholas scrambled out of the basement and kicked the door shut.
"T-The z-zombies... T-The zombies... t-there..." The soldier with Nicholas stuttered on his words as he shakily pointed to the closed door of the basement.
"The zombies mutated... there's all at the ceilings waiting for prey in the dark," Nicholas finished his report and looked Lucas and Anne's way.
