Bree noticed that Night stopped and that he was staring at Locus' left eye "What was that? Your left eye changed" Night said nervously, Locus looked back at Bree and she nodded "It's our family weapon, it's called the Eye of Gravity" Locus said with a slight smile. Sky Oren walked up next to Night "You know, I heard about your family's weapon but i never thought a young kid like you would happen to have it" Sky said with a Smirk "But hey i can't complain with that after all StarShatter chose Luna, my 2nd youngest" Sky said with a smile, "But I don't like most of the choices she makes" Sky said with a laugh "Well it's nice to meet you" Locus said and shook Sky's hand and instantly noticed what his power was "Stimulus? Interesting power" Locus said with a cheerful smile "Your the first person to ever notice from just one touch" Sky said, he couldn't stop laughing. Night tapped on Sky's shoulder "Dad please stop laughing it's a little awkward" Night said as he shook his head "Sorry about that it's just he is the first person to ever notice" Sky said feeling awkward about it, Right as Sky gets done talking everyone else gets down from the cliff side and Alexa comes running up and hugs Locus from behind "Where is Felix?" Alexa asks as Locus hugs her back "He isn't here i felt his presence disappear shortly after the building collapsed, i don't think he is on this floor anymore" Locus said with a frown. Alexa pulled Locus' face towards her and kissed him "Well at least you still have me and you know he isn't dead so that's a good thing" Alexa said with a smile "Im sorry but who is this?" Sky said nervously as he focused on Alexa "Oh, my bad this is Alexa…. my Girlfriend" Locus said calmly and with a slight smile "Hmmm…. She looks familiar, what is her family name?" Sky asked, he still had his eyes focused on her "Oh umm my family name is Lexidor, I am the youngest of my family and the only other person I know of that is in my family is my older sister but i have no idea where she is" Alexa said, she never took her eyes off Locus.
Felix
Felix sat in one of the rooms he and Bellamy rented from the inn on floor 49 and pulled the half of the crystal out of his pocket, "I hope you kept it Locus" he muttered as he heard a knock on the door, when he opened it he saw Bellamy "Alright" he started "We've made enemies of the most dangerous criminals in the tower, so we need to be careful from now on, once we get to floor 37 I wouldn't be surprised if the Phantom HQ there would be made aware and they would begin looking for your friends, and us" he explained as they walked out of the inn "they are probably trying to find us now, but, the good thing is my dad is going to be helping us from the next floor until we find them" He continued "wait, Coren is going to help us? Despite the fact that I almost killed him last time I saw him?" Felix asked "Yeah, he forgave you for that, he was kind of being an ass" Bellamy replied. They were walking through an area filled with grass when Bellamy saw three armed men walking by with Phantom's insignia on their arms and dove down, taking Felix with him, when Felix saw what he was looking at he covered himself in the grass in order to hide until the Phantom members passed by, once they did they stood up "I have an idea" Felix said as he made stairs in the air and ran to the top of a roof followed by Bellamy, they then began jumping from roof to roof in the small town area until they found the portal to floor 48 which they jumped down and ran through, followed by Phantom members.
Locus
"I never thought i would see any Lexidor's in my life, but you are the youngest which means you were a young child when your family was almost wiped out" Sky said then walked away, Alexa also walked away in the opposite direction, Locus goes after her. "Well now, i never thought she would be a Lexidor but i'm also surprised your letting her live" Bree said with a slight smile "Well to be honest i don't wanna be on the bad side of your little brother or you" Sky said dramatically "Well i don't blame you" Bree said mockingly then turns round and start to walk away when he ran straight into Damian "Hello beautiful" damian said with smile "When did you get behind me?" Bree said with a slight laugh as she blushed. Shortly after damian showed up Locus and Alexa walked back "We should probably get going to the next floor before phantom members show up" Locus said and he looked over at Alexa, They were holding eachothers hands, and with that they ran off towards a black tower towards the North. They reached the black tower within a few hours, Inside the Black tower was what looked like a portal with a sign above it, the sign read "Before you is the portal to floor 33 this is the quickest way past floor 31 and 32" Locus said as he read the sign outloud.
Felix
"Stop right there!" One of the phantom members yelled as they chased Felix and Bellamy, Felix turned around and made a barrier in front of the Phantom members, they ran into the wall then looked around frantically for another way to get to them "I bought us some time" Felix said, turning around, he then walked towards a nearby City area with Bellamy. "This floor, isn't this the floor with the strange things that keep happening?" Felix asked, Bellamy nodded in response "Yeah, time stopping and starting in random areas, something nobody has seen since the Chrono family disappeared" he explained, they walked into the town and found somewhere to eat. "So, when did they disappear?" Felix asked, looking at the different people around them "it was before you showed up, they just kind of stopped existing, it was weird, every family leader was looking for them, but nobody could find them" Bellamy answered, his eyes fixated on two people not so far away, one was tall with a mask, a small black cloak and a black jacket, the other was definitely smaller and she wore a hoodie and a gas mask, they looked familiar but Bellamy couldn't pinpoint where he'd seen them before. "What are you looking at Bell?" Felix asked looking where he was looking "those two girls over there?" Bellamy nodded slightly "They look familiar but I can't pinpoint why" He said, the taller of the two girls noticed Bellamy and whispered to the younger one and they suddenly vanished. Felix and Bellamy looked around confused before running outside where they just barely saw them turn a corner. "Let's go" Bellamy muttered and they ran after them.
Locus
Bree, Damian, Locus and Alexa all stood around the portal just staring at it almost as if they were all in a trance "Well…should we go through it?" Alexa asked nervously "Yea i think we should…." Bree said as she looked behind them, suddenly they all heard a loud bang come from outside the doorway, when Bree looked over at the doorway and saw nothing but darkness, suddenly the ground starts shaking "Everyone go into the portal now!" Bree said sternly and everyone jumps through the portal and find themselves on the 33rd floor and there were two people sitting there talking. They stopped talking and looked over at them when they noticed them come through the portal and walked away hoping they wouldn't notice them.
Felix
"Wow Bell, we've gone from running from criminals, to chasing girls, like criminals" Felix said as they chased the two mysterious girls, Bellamy glared "They looked familiar, I need to get a closer look" they ran to a wall and hid behind it. They heard their conversation "I think we lost them Lex" the older one said, Bellamy had a look of shock on his face. "Was that the guardian?" The younger one, Lex asked "It couldn't have been, why would he be on this floor? And chasing us" the older one spoke again "Still Grace, if that was him, running was probably a bad idea" Lex replied "It wasn't him, he was,however, with Bellamy Crown" the older one, Grace noted. "Not just that, he's watching us" Lex said, pointing to the wall they were behind. Bellamy and Felix stepped out with arms up in surrender "You two are from the family that trained Sky Oren?" Felix asked, Grace nodded and Felix fell to his knees and looked up at her with hopeful eyes "can you train me?" He asked, his question catching everybody off guard. Grace, attempting to hide a blush, looked away "Why should I?" she asked, feigning disgust "We have a common enemy, Phantom" Felix replied with a hint of confidence in his voice "However Sky's training enhanced his reflexes, I want that" he continued, the confidence growing. "It wasn't his reflexes" Lex muttered "it was his instincts" Felix looked at her curiously "F-Fine! We'll train you" Grace said, trying to steer the conversation back "Wait, 'we'll'? What does that mean?" Lex asked, her sister looked at her "Phantom doesn't fight fairly, if he's going to learn how to use his instincts he needs both of us at our best" Grace replied and looked back at Felix "your training will be two things, fights against Lex and I, and meditation, we'll train you and we'll help you along your way, are you ready to begin?" She continued, Felix nodded and summoned a sword, preparing for his training.
Locus
Bree looked over at the people walking away nonshalontly "Hey Little bro don't you think those two look suspicious, they just walked away when they saw us come through the portal?" Bree whispered to Locus, "Well let's follow them then" Locus said with a smile, Bree teleports on top of the rooftops and starts following them, Locus decides to follow his sister and grabs Alexa around the waist and teleports them both right behind Bree and they start to follow them from the rooftops. The two men stop and start conversing "Do you think we lost them Xavier?" The man said, Locus gets a good look at the man, he was wearing a dark blue and white trench coat, he had spiky white hair and has a golden eye patch over his left eye and his right eye seemed to change between a blue and white color. the other person who they just found out was Xavier has white hair with deep blue eyes and is also wearing a deep blue trench coat with a rapier on the side of his belt. "I don't know i feel like we are still being watched but i don't know where from, what do you think Alex after all you're the older one" Xavier said with a slight whisper "Honestly it's hard to tell because it looked like it was the Drevil family or at least the family leader Bree is with them i don't know about the other two but that kid felt really strong, but the Drevil family can teleport, they could be anywhere!" Alex said, it was obvious it he seemed a little sycked out. "Ok let's go say hi shall we?" Bree said with a confident smile and teleported right in front of them "You two need to look up more often" Bree said with a slight laugh and pointed up, they both looked up and saw Locus and Alexa Wave at them, then Locus picks up Alexa and teleports right next to Bree and he let down Alexa, Alexa kissed Locus on the check and then sat down and watched them "I knew at least one of you would be from the Drevil family after all everyone knows about you \ Drevil but i don't know about him" Alex said as he pointed at Locus "Oh well this is my little brother Locus and just so you know he is the current weapon holder for our family" Bree said confidently "But i never thought i would run into ANY of the members of the Chrono family but it's nice to meet you Alex and Xavier" Bree said with a smile "Yea well we would love to stay and chat but we gotta go so if you would be kind enough to just stand there and let us go that would be great" Alex said then uses his ability and stops time around them for the next 30 seconds and they start to walk away "You know i never get tired of doing that" Alex said with a laugh as they walk past Bree "You know that wont work on me right?" Bree said as she laughed.
Felix
They trained as they traveled down floor by floor, Felix's reflexes slowly got better each training session until he could practically predict where Grace was going to show up next, based on where she was when she stopped time. "Which floor are we on?" Bellamy asked "I've lost count" he continued, Lex looked at him "We're on floor 39" she answered "Sister!" Grace dropped down "I'm going to need your help for the rest of the training" she said and Felix jumped up from beside Bellamy "Wait what? Two on one? That's unfair" he yelled in shock "You think Phantom is going to fight fair?" Grace asked with an angry look on her face "If you're not prepared you will die, Phantom will not fight fairly so neither will we!" She yelled, Bellamy watched in surprise, when they weren't training her and Felix had become close, she was genuinely worried about his well-being and Felix looked shocked "Bellamy, you help too" she ordered in a voice that Bellamy knew he couldn't resist in fear of his own death. Felix stood in a shocked silence, he hadn't thought about the possibility of death and now that he's thinking about it, he won't stop "You're right" he muttered, Grace, who was walking away, turned around with a confused look "you're right, if we don't do this I'll die that's why I'll train harder than before!" He stood tall and proud with a determination in his eyes, a determination covering an endless blood lust. Grace grinned happily, unaware of the obvious blush on her face "Then let's get to work!" She yelled and they began training once more.
Locus
Alex looked over at Xavier "How in the FUCK is she not frozen in place?" Alex said in shock as they both got punched at the same time "How in the fuck did she do that?" Alex asked in astonishment "You two really don't know about my ability huh?" Bree said with a smirk "honestly all we know is that your family ability is teleportation, but we have no idea what your personal ability is" Alex said with embarrassment "Well just so you know my personal ability is the ability to control time so you guys made a big mistake thinking you could just walk away" Bree said with a wicked smile, both Alex and Xavier look at Bree in shock and terror and as Bree gets ready to slap them both when there ability to stop time ran out "Oh look at that, your family ability has a time limit on it, that must suuuuck" Bree said with a slight laugh, Locus quickly realizes what happened and looked over at Bree and notices that both, Alex and Xavier are starting to stand up "You guys aren't going anywhere" Locus said as he teleported next to Bree and increased the gravity around Alex and Xavier by six fold making so they cant walk let alone stand.
Felix
Felix ducked as Bellamy's dagger flew at him, right after Grace cut down with her sword and Felix rolled to the side, summoned a dagger in one hand and a sword in the other. Bellamy ran to get his dagger, Felix swiftly brought his dagger hand back before jerking it forward and releasing the dull blade into Bellamy's side he then turned around and struck Grace's back. He stood still and studied his surroundings, and found the one open spot he had, leaving it open he continued until he felt an odd sensation in his head and he sidestepped, barely dodging the narrow blade, that Lex attempted to strike his arm with, in one swift movement Felix regained his balance and struck down on Lex, and she dropped. After a few minutes they stood and put their weapons away "Incredible! You've gotten way better Felix" Bellamy said enthusiastically, "Yeah, thanks" Felix muttered, thinking about the off sensation that alerted him of Lex's presence "Hey, Grace?" He asked, Grace looked at him curiously "Just before I dodged Lex's strike I felt this odd sensation in my head, it seemed to warn me of her presence" he explained, Grace nodded "You've achieved what Sky did, your instincts have increased, if a blind spot is being targeted, you'll likely feel it again" Grace explained, Felix had a look of understanding "Alright, makes sense, let's move on" he said and they continued down to floor 38.
Locus
"Can you please let us go, we will be in so much trouble if we don't get back soon..... we are sooooo dead" Alex said "We won't let you go but we will keep an eye on you if you come with us" Bree said with a slight grin "Ahhh Fuck!" Alex Cussed and both ALex and Zavier start following Bree and Locus "We need to get to the next floor and fast" Locus Said as they ran towards a huge gate that had a sign on it saying "Gate to floor 34, all who come seeking the next floor must pass the test." as they entered the gate, the room was dark with lights that flickered on slowly, shortly after a few minutes most of the light came on and before them stood a 30ft giant "Well this looks like fun! Doesn't it?" Locus said sarcastically as he walked up to it and touched it's leg, its whole body became 30x heavier causing the giant to fall to his knees "See what i mean! This crap is boring as hell!" Locus said as he tapped two fingers on the giants forehead causing his skull to cave in, killing the giant "Like seriously this is supposed to be a challenge?" Locus complained as the whole room turned a golden yellow and they were teleported to floor 34 "Well Locus your power level is more suited for floors like 60ish and sooo these floors won't be much of a challenge but for people that aren't ridiculously overpowering,that giant would have probably killed most people to be honest" Bree said as she stretched and then they continued to floor 35.
Felix
Felix sat in an inn on floor 38, he had been drinking since they had arrived. Bellamy, Grace and Lex were walking around, attempting to gather information. "Hey you" Felix heard someone shout "Hey!" They shouted again, they were getting closer "What do you want?" Felix said, his voice slurring so it sounded more like "Whadda oo aunt?" The man pulled out a dagger and threw it at him, Felix attempts to move but falls sideways, narrowly dodging the blade. "You're a sad sight, you know that?" The voice asked, Felix stood and looked at him, his vision blurred for moment then focused, Felix saw the Phantom symbol on his jacket. "Oh perfect, Phantom" he slurred again, "Ow mayI elp oo?" He slurred once more, finally he forced himself to sober up. "I'm just here to recollect you" the phantom collector said, Felix laughed and summoned a sword "good luck" he said and began attacking him. The collector threw Felix onto the counter in one swift movement, Felix went cross-eyed then focused up on a mug on the counter "Just give up now" he said as he got up, grabbed the mug, drank its contents and threw it at the collector's head. The collector fell backwards, shortly after, Felix dashed forward and impaled the collector "It doesn't matter" he coughed out "we're planning an ambush for your friends on floor 37" he finished before his head went limp and Felix removed the sword from his lifeless body. Felix ran out to meet Bellamy and the girls "hey!" He yelled as he approached "we need to get to 37, there's an ambush!" He yelled and without another word they ran to the gate to enter floor 37"
Locus
Alex and Xavier where the first ones to arrive at the gate to the next floor "Should we really go back and tell them where it is?" Xavier asked as they started to walk towards the gate to ditch everyone else "Where do you think your going?" a voice said seemingly out of nowhere
"So you thought we weren't following you? God you guys are idiot" Bree said as she jumped down from the roof nearby "Well i guess we should go through then" Locus said as he appeared behind them "Uuugh these people are scary as hell!" Xavier whispered into Alex's ear as they walked through the gate to floor 35. As they walked into the gate they arrived in a giant room room with tons of chairs sitting around in a giant circle "Sooooo what do you think the challenge for this floor will be?" Locus asks as he sits at the chair that seems to be at the 'head' of the circle "Well i guess this could be a test of luck or even intelligence" Bree said as she looked around the room, eventually they don't find any clues so they all decide to sit across from each other and ironically when they all sit down a circle appears in the center of the circle of the chairs and a star appears at the center of that circle. Everyone's chairs disappeared and everyone starts falling into a blinding light and they all appear on floor 35 at the town center "Well that was definitely interesting!" Bree said as she looked around and noticed shadows everywhere on the roofs and behind the buildings, the shadows seemed to be staring at them and the shadows also had surrounded them "Well we go from being in the weirdest challenge room ever to being surrounded by these shadow things" Bree said as she pointed at a few of the shadows that had surrounded them "Well depending on how this goes we might get to have some fun" Locus said with a slight smile as he also looked around at the shadows, suddenly all the shadows disappeared out of nowhere "Yea i don't like the feeling of this" Bree said as they started to walk further into the town "Yeah i really have no idea how this is going to go but i don't like it either" Locus said as he looked around hoping he would see one of the shadows following them but he doesn't see anything following them "This is starting to get a little sketchy" Alex said as he was being somewhat forced into following them.
Felix
"Alright, they'll probably be at the gate" Felix said as they walked through floor 37 to the gate "they aren't going to be obvious so we should look for the symbol on their bodies, it could be clothes or a tattoo" the people on the floor seemed to be avoiding the gate, the closer they got the less people they saw "let's do this quietly, I really don't want to be in a losing battle against Phantom" Felix finished explaining as they turned the corner to the gate and saw 75 Phantom soldiers on the ground and 50 on the rooftops "hey Felix?" Bellamy started "keep your mouth shut next time" he muttered as they approached "Hey!" Felix yelled "last time I checked, it was against the rules to set up arms in front of a gate!" The nearest Phantom member looked at him "last time I checked" he started "I didn't care!" The Phantom looked closely at Felix "doesn't this guy look familiar? Yeah! He's the escapee!" he yelled excitedly, crap, Felix thought as he summoned up a sword, the others prepared for a fight as well. "I'm going to enjoy carving you up prisoner" the Phantom said and he charged forward, Felix side-stepped allowing the first person to run straight towards Grace who had her sword pointed at, impaling him. Felix rushed forward, making stairs of air as he ran. He dropped down and cut one Phantom member in half lengthwise. He spun around, and cut another down before they could recover. He felt the tingling sensation again and he pointed his sword backward, resting the hilt on his shoulder. He felt pressure on the sword and turned to see a Phantom impaled on his sword, the blade entering his throat and exiting his spine. Felix looked up in time to block an arrow racing towards Grace with his arm, big mistake, he thought as he reached up to block another strike. Suddenly he got an idea and used the ground to grab the feet of one of the Phantom soldiers and he cut them down. We might just be able to hold out until Locus gets here, he thought, pulling out his half of the crystal, hurry up.
Locus
As Locus, Bree and the few others started heading straight for the next floor all the shadows that they had seen when they first arrived on this floor appeared in front of them, "Well it took me awhile to find you guys but i finally caught up" one of the shadow's said, suddenly all the shadows disappeared leaving one man standing there in front of them "Seriously tho it was unnecessary to use that portal to skip two floors" Damian said as he walked out from the shadows "Now follow me, i know where the gate to the next floor is, it's this way" Damian said as he gestured them to follow him, They arrive at the gate and walk through it and appear in a room filled with fire "Well this is different" Locus said as he looked around and saw the exit through five walls of fire and anti-gravity fields surrounding the whole room "Well me flying over all this is a no go" Locus said as he walked through the first wall of fire "How come you can't fly over everything?" Bree and Damian asked as they to walked through the first wall of fire "because there are anti-gravity fields everywhere meaning the gravity of the area is not in my control…." As Locus said this the crystal in his pocket started glowing "Well looks like we are close to Felix!" Locus said as he ran through all the walls of fire and as he did this the crystal glow became almost blinding to anyone who looked directly at it. Locus looked back behind him to see that everyone had already caught up to him "Can you not run off like that!" Alexa said as she came up and slapped Locus then kissed him "Now can we go see what kinda trouble Felix got himself into!?" Bree said as they went through the gate to floor 37 they saw tons of Phantom members right in front of them but they had yet to notice them, instead they were fighting
Together
Felix and a few others that Bree and Locus didn't recognize but Alex and Xavier knew who they were and were scared out of their minds. Locus decided to put a stop to this fight in one foul swoop, as Locus looked at each Phantom member one by one each on fell to their knees, unable to move to the point that they thought their legs would break from the pressure they were under some of the stronger looking ones were able to turn their heads just enough to see Locus and the fear in their eyes made Locus know that they knew who he was and they feared him, within seconds every phantom member was on there knees, some were even laying on their stomachs and backs being crushed by the pressure Locus was applying to them.
Felix was in the middle of a fight when the Phantom member suddenly fell to his knees, Felix looked up to see all of them on their knees "well that makes it easier" he said, a smirk growing on his face as he raised his sword and decapitated the Phantom member he was fighting "now" he muttered "how the hell did that happen?" He asked, looking at Grace. She was staring at something, Felix looked over to see what she was looking at "is that? It is" he yelled and began sprinting to a group nearby. "You guys made it!" He yelled excitedly "Felix who are they?" Lex asked "Friends" he replied. Grace walked up to Alex and slapped him "you got caught? How?" She asked "You got captured, with the powers you have? Really?" She kept pestering him with questions. "We underestimated them" Xavier said, somewhat ashamed "Yeah, people do that often when it comes to Locus" Felix said with a laugh "Actually Felix, I stopped them" Bree corrected him "oh, sorry" Felix said then looked at them with a confused look "you underestimated Bree?" He asked them with disbelief. Luna ran up out of nowhere and hugged Felix, Karma did the same. Felix sighed "the feud continues" he muttered as he pushed them off "Locus, what took you guys so long?" he asked.
"Well to be honest…. The last few test rooms we have gone through where pretty damn weird" Locus said as he looked over at Grace and Lex suspiciously, Felix noticed who Locus was looking at "Hey don't worry about them they seem pretty cool, plus they helped train me so now my instincts are way better!" Felix said excitedly as he caught a random arrow from hitting him in the back of the head "See!" Felix said even more excitedly as he held up the arrow like a trophy "Wow that's impressive, well while I was away I spent most of my time training as well and i have got to say my powers are really unnecessarily overpowered like seriously what the hell" Locus said in frustration "Yea well there are alot of powers out there that are like that, they seem completely overpowering but then there will always be someone to come along and make them look like nothing,happens everytime... happens every time" Bree said as she inspected one of the dead Phantom members "Well they knew where we would be and had this whole thing planned straight from the gecko so that means they are getting there info from a really good source but now i need to figure out where they are getting all their info from" Daniel said as he kissed Bree's check and flew off towards the next floors gate.
"Well, at first their source was Cas, wasn't it? Maybe he knew you'd be here? Or maybe they just assumed" Felix offered, Bree shook her head "Impossible, there's 37 floors we COULD be on, and only 24 that we would be, assuming we were going up" she said, Felix nodded "good point, did you feel like you were being watched before you got here?" He asked, just before Bree could answer a sword scraped against a wall behind them, Felix turned and saw a shadow above them "Oh shit" Alex muttered. Cas walked around a corner and grinned "Hey there, thought you could escape huh?" He asked, Felix smirked and he walked up to him slowly "you don't scare me Cas, you're about as useful as a tree in a field of grass," he said, Cas pointed his sword out and the shadow moved after Felix, who simply jumped to the side and summoned up a sword.
"Yea well even a tree in a field of grass has a use, i could bring shade to passing travelers, speaking of shade" Cas said with a smirk as a black streak cut Felix's cheek, "Need some help or would you rather do this on your own?" Locus asked with very little concern "Well i mean unless you wanna fight him. Which i would love to see how far you have come since last we met" Felix said with a slight smile, Cas just stood their confused for awhile before getting bored and decided to just rush Felix while he was distracted but yet he found himself unable to move 'Why in the hell can't i move?" Cas said with frustration building up which was evident due to the constrictions of his face as he started to turn tomato red in the face "Well that's a simple question to answer" Locus continued with a slight smile on his face "It's because i am using my power to make sure you can't interrupt us and to answer your question" Locus said as he turned back towards Felix "Sure i would love to demonstrate what i have learned while i was gone" Locus said with an even bigger smile on his face now. Felix steps out of the way as Cas *who was now able to move* goes running past and strikes at Locus who just stands there as Cas drops his sword do to it becoming too heavy to carry, as Cas is trying to pick back up his sword Locus taps on Cas' shoulder which made Cas look over his shoulder only to be punched so hard he is knocked out.
"That was simultaneously anti-climatic and incredible" Felix said once the fight had finished "someone grab him so we can take him with us" he finished. Before anyone could move they heard footsteps echoing around them along with clapping as the sound got closer, they drew their weapons and prepared for another fight. "Most impressive" They heard a voice say "that voice" Felix muttered "it's the leader of Phantom, Death" he finished as Death walked into view. "Death?" Locus asked as he approached "I can't let you take him anywhere" Death said, suddenly next to them. They jumped when they heard his voice when did he get there?, Locus thought. "I've got this" Locus said, preparing to force him into the ground with his power "eat the dirt" he said and attempted to force him into the ground. "Gravity powers? Incredible!" Death grinned at Locus, unmoved by his power, Felix looked on curiously as he tried to find out any his weakness. Death was unbothered by the change in gravity, but it was obvious that gravity was increased, Cas had been forced into the ground and several rocks were being forced down as well. "Had I not been using my own power, you'd have gotten me" Death gloated and walked forward, resting a solid hand on Locus' shoulder, Locus felt his strength being taken from him "but don't worry, there's always a next time" he finished, and Locus collapsed from the loss of strength. The gravity returned to normal and Death picked up Cas. "Now Psion!" he yelled, and they vanished. "What just happened?" Lex asked once everyone had calmed down. Felix did his best to explain everything about Death while blood had been dripping out of the wound in his arm. "Someone should wrap that up" Grace said, as she ripped off a piece of Felix's sleeve and wrapped it around his arm. "How's Locus?" Felix asked as he looked at his friend, who was struggling to stand back up as his strength was returning to him.
"Well he is definitely an interesting person" Locus said as he got back up with the help of his powers which was making him levitate till his strength came back all the way "Well at least it didn't take forever for your strength to come back" Alexa said with great concern in her voice as she went to go hold Locus in a hug "I'm fine i just wasn't expecting it" Locus said as he settled down on the ground "We should probably head to the next floors gate and meet up with damian" Felix said as he started to walk towards the direction Damian flew, when they all arrived at the gate they found Damian stood there staring at a giant pond "Yo, why are you just standing there staring off into space? Where's the gate?" Felix asked with some concern rising in his voice "Well that's the problem" Damian continued as he turned towards Felix and the group "This is the GATE, apparently only those who are strong enough to pass the test of the Pond of Dreams can arrive at the real gate at the bottom of this pond, which i find kinda weird" Damian said while staring back at the pond which everyone was just then noticing, the pond which had a murky green look to the surface of the pond, when Felix looked below the murky green film like layer top, the water became clear as day but it seemed to keep going endlessly till the water turned pitch black but then Felix noticed a strange purple glow coming from the pitch black bottom of the pond.
"I think we have to jump in" Felix said. "All of us?" Bree asked "Why?" Felix shrugged and walked over to Alex and Xavier "You two seem to be stuck here. How about you go first" he said as he walked behind them and forced them in "what the hell Felix?" Grace asked "Those are my brothers! You should've let me do it" she finished. Felix laughed "sorry. Now come on" he said and jumped in. Locus shrugged and followed Felix in. Locus woke up in a field with nobody else around him except for Bree who was directly in front of him.
