That was why after hearing those words, Cersei thought that it was some scheme against her, but when she remembered that it was Ned Stark who said those words, she shook her head. She knew how Ned Stark was incapable of coming with such a good plan. He could have saved himself from the start if he could come up with such a plan to scheme against her.

That was why she headed herself to the dungeon to meet the man. Cersei planned to figure why Ned Stark changed his mind like that.

When the great Cersei Lannister entered the dungeon with her own legs and saw the state Ned Stark was in after staying at that place for months, she could not help but smirk and think of how smart she was for getting the man to this state.

Cersei's heart was bounding rapidly for making a man like Ned Stark become like that. At this moment, Although Cersei had been through rounds of humiliation on Edward's hands time after time, she did not get the chance to become the worst bitch in Westeros yet.

Cersei still had her children, her brother-lover, and her father. Those three gave her enough power to depend on, making it difficult for her to become our bitch because she did not think before making any move as she did in the show.

That was why she was still an idiot because she thought she could defeat Edward and humiliate him after defeating Ned Stark and Robert Baratheon, who were idiots in Edward's eyes, and should have died very long ago.

Cersei came close to Ned Stark, who looked paler at the moment since god only knows how much it had been before he got to eat some decent food. He had nothing close to his past self. She checked him with her eyes and wanted to see if Ned Stark dared to trick her by saying those words and making her take this trip to this shit place.

"How are you doing, Lord Stark?" Said Cersei Lannister with a smile on her face as she looked at the man on the ground tied with chains and could not even move with a missing hand.

Ned Stark, who was resting his eyes earlier to save as much energy as he could, opened them up after hearing this poisonous woman's words. He did not wish to see the woman, who was the sole reason that he was in this place in the first place and threatened him with his daughter's life to submit to her and her son, but Ned had to go with it if he wanted to save his daughter.

"What can you see?" Said Ned Stark in a sarcastic tone as he looked at the bitch in front of him. He wished nothing more than standing up and strangling this woman with his hands since she was the one that made him kill Robert, making him break his oaths one after another.

Ned was the one that killed Robert months ago and broke his oath to the man. He was going to break another to Edward and his honor by confessing his crime and swearing his allegiance to that bastard son, Joffrey.

After hearing his words, Cersei could not help but smirk, seeing how he suffered and could not care about it at all. She did not like anything more than letting her enemies suffer and make them beg her for her forgiveness.

"I heard that you decided to listen to my words from before. What made you change your mind?" Asked Cersei as she looked at Ned Stark to check every detail of his expression to see if he was scheming something or not.

"Did not you get what you want? Just shut up and let us end this." Said Ned Stark as he looked at the woman in front of him with hatred in his eyes. Ned Stark did not want to entertain this woman and talk with her at all.

"Very well, Lord Stark. But if you break your promise, the one who will suffer is your daughter." Said Cersei as she looked at the sickly man with a gleeful look. She was sure that Ned Stark would not trick her with his daughter in their hands. Plus, she did not talk to this man as well and wished that she could kill him in her heart.

Cersei only decided to go with this plan of sending him to The Wall in order to make that Rob Stark that was creating problems for her father here and there to return back North.

If she had a say in this, she would not allow the man that stood there and watched her getting humiliated on Edward's hands live for another second.

After leaving Ned Stark to rot in the dungeons, Everyone could see how happy Cersei was with her little victory as she returned to the Red Keep. Before she retreated to her son's room to tell him the good news, she asked the guards to send a word to the Small Council. She would have to inform them of this good piece of news and make them prepare and let the people in King's Landing witness this.

The next day, In the Small Council room,

Cersei sat at the head of the table, replacing Ned Stark as a hand and the queen at the same time. She looked at everyone present before she spoke again.

"Ned Stark decided to accept my offer. In a week, he will confess his crimes on the steps of the Great Sept of Baelor. Anyone wanted to add something?" Asked Cersei as she looked at Petyr Baelish and the others that took a seat. This small council missed two critical figures, Varys, who got sent to his death by Edward, and Barristan Selmy, who got prevented from attending any meeting by Cersei's orders.

After hearing those words, no one dared to say anything as if they did not care, except one person. Yeah, as everyone had a guess. It was Petyr Baelish. Petyr Baelish knew Ned Stark quite well, and he was sure that Ned Stark would never go against his honor.

Petyr was sure that Ned Stark would choose death rather than swearing his loyalty to Joffrey and confessing a crime he did not do. That was why Petyr had the courage to face him directly in the dungeons and tell him his plans for his daughter. Petyr was sure that everything he planned would get wasted if Ned Stark did not die here in King's Landing on Joffrey's hands.
