Although Edward allowed Raymont to grow up his loyal men and supervise others that hold a high position in his armies and navy, Raymont went beyond that and controlled more than a third of the men and navy himself.

Plus, Raymont did not stop for a second from making the lords take his side, and since everyone in the storm kingdom knew that prince Raymont would follow his father as the king, they tried to gain his favor. Although Raymont did not have it difficult like Edward, who had to build all this with his own hands, Raymont was intelligent enough to guarantee his position and take the opportunity to benefit from his father's hard work.

If Raymont continued what he was doing for another five years, he might hold enough power to replace Edward as the king and make Edward give up the throne himself. Every crown prince had ambitions, and everyone had to admit that.

Anyway, aside from Raymont, only one girl was restless in those few days for another reason. Jasmine could not sleep for a second since she knew that her father might have died in that fire. Raymont had already released his grip and allowed Jasmine to stand by the fire herself without holding her back anymore. He knew that although Jasmine loved their father and it hurt her a lot not knowing if he was alive or not, no one would throw himself inside a fire as their father did.

In the past two days, Jasmine did not do anything, which made the group look away for a little with relieved hearts. But Jasmine did not feel safe without her father, and this morning, she saw something in the fire.

Jasmine thought that she was hallucinating until her father's face appeared in the fire. It was not her real father, but a revelation from the lord of light who liked this girl for some reason, making the red priestesses worship her in Storm's Eye, although the little girl herself did not understand anything about it.

Anyway, After seeing her father's face, Jasmine stretched her hand as if she was trying to catch him. She did not realize that her hand had gone through the fire, and she did not feel anything until the face disappeared.

When Jasmine realized what she had done, she checked again and again. In the end, she found that only her clothes got burnt while she was doing fine, even after staying in the fire for five minutes.

Seeing that the fire did not hurt her, Jasmine was sure that her father might be alive in this inferno fire. She ignored her siblings, who just came close to her after discussing something in their tents. Jasmine sprinted inside the fire at once, not listening to the shouts and screams coming from her sister and brothers. She had only one goal, and that was to find her father.

Jasmine was a little careless here and did not check everything like what Edward did when he entered the place to know what to do and what he should not do. Jasmine only sprinted here and there without finding anything since she could not see clearly anything.

Plus, a ten-year-old girl would not think rationally enough or remember where the dragon eggs were, making her waste her energy while moving from a place to another.

After two hours or so inside the fire, Jasmine had already spent every little energy she had in her cells that she almost got dried up after her sweat got evaporated the second it came out. Before she fainted on the ground, though, a hand wrapped around her naked body, carrying her as if she was a princess.

At that moment, Jasmine could only smile and bury her head in the man's wide and naked chest when she felt safe enough to close her eyes and faint. She knew that only one person in this world could make her feel like that, and that man was her father.

Edward, who held his little girl in his arms, looked at her gently. He could only shake his head after seeing that she still followed him in the end without caring about her life. On his shoulder stood two baby dragons, celebrating that the girl was safe by making some weird noises.

Half an hour earlier, Edward, who had been waiting for those two to come out to this world, finally got what he wanted and saw with his own eyes how those cute little things came out. He sensed them in his heart since the two dragons were bound to him, and he was ecstatic to see that. He wanted to check them out but could not do that here.

So Edward decided to get out of this fire since he was already at his limits. He was about to dry up after staying for three days in this fire. He put each dragon on one of his shoulders and descended the altar, intending to get out of this place.

But before moving a little far away from his original position, the dragons on his shoulders started making some weird noises to everyone's ears. But to Edward's surprise, it seemed that he could understand what they wanted to say.

Edward wanted to think about why all this was happening since he knew surely that Daenerys did not understand the dragons in the original timeline. If she could understand them, she could have handled them better in their teenage and rebellious age. But look at what happened. Not only did she have to lock up the two smaller dragons, but Drogon itself left her alone in the city that could kill her.

When Drogon came to save her in the end, it ended up injured and left her alone that the Dothraki hordes found and imprisoned her.

Anyway, Edward did not have the time to think about all this since he heard what the dragons said earlier. They told him that someone carrying Edward's warm and hot blood was nearby and was about to die. They must have sensed or smelled it, but Edward did not care about all of this.

Edward could only think of one person that would do make this dangerous move. If he did not guess wrong, then the one who entered the fire should be his precious girl, Jasmine. Edward did not know if she should feel happy or angry at her for doing something like that.

Edward was happy that she loved him this much that she would dare to follow him into the fire where Jasmine could have died if she was not careful enough.
