Though, Edward would have to kill Jon Connington and send one of his men to take care of Aegon, Rhaegar's son. He could use this arrogant brat in the future and then kill him when Edward did not have any use for him anymore. By doing that, he would give his last gift to Elia. Edward would protect her daughter while killing her son. It was a fair trade.

Edward had so many great ideas at that point, and he was going to apply them soon when the rebellion took place. He was getting excited after every change in plans as that meant that chaos was bound to happen.

At the end of that year, Rhaegar and Elia's daughter, Rhaenys Targaryen, was born. She was a beautiful one that had the Targaryen's features and the Dornish beauty. She would make a great wife to his son.

Edward was now sure that his plans could work. He was more insistent on saving the Targaryen's children and marry Rhaenys to one of his sons in the future.

He decided to ask Varys to save Rhaenys and send her to Stormsland after the rebellion. He would have to hide her for a few years before letting anyone knew her identity.

After the rebellion, all the houses would get united for some time without any disputes between anyone. Even the Martell would stand still and shut up after what happened to their daughter, Elia. Edward could not face all of them head-on, so he decided to wait till the great houses started fighting each other before making his own move.

The Kingswood Brotherhood appeared in this timeline as well. Although Edward made life comfortable for many, those stupid bunch still tried to attack Elia's escort wagon and many nobles.

Edward did not wait for Kingsguards to come and kill the Kingswood Brotherhood. He sent his men to do the job personally, and they managed to kill some of the brotherhood's men. By doing so, Edward thought that many events would change due to his actions, but it was the opposite.

The rest of the Kingswood Brotherhood, who had managed to escape from Edward's men, decided to stay in Crownlands and kill and robe the nobles there.

The king was angry and decided to send his Kingsguards to do the job and kill those fucking bastards. The same happened as the story with few problems since Edward had helped them a lot in this regard. Jaimie Lannister became a knight after this battle. Jaimie then joined the Kingsguard after visiting his sister in King's Landing, who told him to do so, or he would have to marry Lysa Arryn, discarding his claim as Tywin's heir.

Tywin was so angry that he resigned his position as the King's hand and left for Casterly Rock. The different thing this time was that he put some blame on Edward for not killing all the members of the brotherhood in Stormsland.

Edward laughed quite hard after he read the intelligence report sent to him by the Shadow Legion. He thought that some things might change since he killed and chased the brotherhood without waiting for Aerys to issue the order to the Kingsguard. But everything still happened the same as the original with a slight deviation.

'Soon, everything would change. I would not need the fucking timeline after the rebellion. I would have a kingdom under my control, so why would I wait for fate? I would change it myself.' Thought Edward after reading the report in his hand.

Edward predicted that when Elia and Allyria got killed while Elia's children survived, The original story would be fucked up. But why should he care? He would already have his army and would have made enough preparations for what was coming next.

Edward's only problem would be the Night King in the north. But Edward was sure that he could not cross the sea by freezing the water, or he would have done so in the first place. Why would he wait in the far north where he could not make a good army? If the night king really had the power to freeze the water, the man would have made a detour around the wall and move south. But he did not, so Edward made this assumption that the Night King could not freeze the sea. He might be able to freeze part of it, but he could not do more than that.

Although that was Edward's assumption and it was mostly true, he still decided to find the answer to this problem. The only ones who knew this were the children of the forest and the three-eyed raven. He had to come up with an idea to reach them. He also decided to stop feeding the Night King's army.

So Edward decided to save the free folk after Mance Rayder united them. He would try to add them to his Kingdom. Although Edward knew that they were an arrogant and stupid bunch, he did not want to add them to The Night King's army. He would have to subdue them, even if he had to kill them all. It would be better than adding them to the dead army, right?

This problem would have to wait. Edward would have time to think of ways to subdue those stubborn idiots. What Edward was sure about was that he was going to kill all of Daenerys Targaryen's dragons. He was not going to give the night king a precious dragon.

Yeah, Edward knew that the Night King would have the ability to cross the wall if he had marked Bran, But Edward would not prevent that, since he wanted to get rid of the night king, and it would be easier to fight him in Winterfell instead of the far north. But fighting the Night King was hard enough, but adding a dead dragon to the enemy's was a stupid move.

He might leave Daenerys with Drogon tho. Daenerys could do with just him, could not she? Why would he leave a dragon named Rhaegar alive? Rhaegar was his enemy, so he wanted to remove his name from history. Edward always loved that Dragon and would like to eat its meat at the end of the war. He always dreamed of eating dragon's meat; this was his perfect chance.

At the end of year 281 AC, The famous tourney of Harrenhal, took place, at last. Lord Whent had gone far by announcing about the tourney as early as the first months of year 280 AC, but due to Edward's men playing with House Whent, the tourney only took place at this point.
