Third person POV
The next morning, after waking up, Kiyoshi and his friends have a simple breakfast at the now-extinguished campfire. Their breakfast is curry bread and some matcha tea and water. Their surroundings are as peaceful as nature and the seas.
"So, what are we going to do today, guys?" Sachio asked them.
"Well, we can explore around and take pictures of nature.
"Wow, sounds like a good idea. I want to try to draw trees, too."
"Nice one, Sachio-chan," Kiyoshi responded, before sipping on his cup of macha tea.
Daku was happy at them, and it seems that his behavior as a yandere had been shunned, for now.
And so, after breakfast, they went out to see nature. Along the way, they saw nice trees and watched the water flowing in the river near their camp. Atsushi was fascinated by the trunks of the trees while Sachio was sketching the trees in her sketchbook. Senichi, meanwhile, focuses on the bugs and insects that live in the area.
Kiyoshi was sitting on a large rock while Daku stood next to him, before deciding to sit next to him.
Daku doesn't want to admit to his friend what he was trying to do last night in fear that Kiyoshi would hate him.
Daku wants to hide his yandere nature from him, and he loves Kiyoshi like a brother.
But, the same girl who ran away from Daku last night was once again spying on him while feeling some butterflies in her stomach. What was her intention in Daku?
Daku's POV
As I was looking at Kiyoshi and his friends, I suddenly heard a voice saying, "Um, hi there…" I then turned around, only to see a girl standing while wearing a white and grey hoodie.
"Oh, hello there," I greeted in response, "what is it?"
"My name is Shin Kaede…" that girl, Kaede Shin, spoke slowly and shyly, "and I had been watching last night."
I was surprised to hear that since no one watches me at all. "What? Is that so?"
She nodded. "Yes, and…"
She stopped while trying to gather her thoughts.
"and… what?"
But then, she blushed heavily. "I am sorry! I can't say this!"
She ran away from after saying that.
At this point, I was confused at her lack of context and courage to speak up.
"What's up with her?" I thought.
And then, Atsushi calls me to come to him, so I responded by running towards him at the river near our campsite.
But the thought of her and her running away from me and failure to say something to me can't get out of my mind.
As if…she was in love with me?
No, I already have Kiyoshi.
He's mine!
