All day Melody felt like she was on pins and needles because at times the tiger boys got a little close to her. Melody saw a teen walking around, she quietly called him over. "Can you bump into one of those guys?" "Are you crazy!?" "I know they are the tiger boys, but trust me they won't hurt you." "What will I get out of it? Besides a bruised face or body." "You won't be hurt and here's ten dollars for ya." "What ever, I'll do it." "Thanks." "Uh-huh." The teen did so and bumped into Eric, "watch it!" The teen was scared, but it was faded when Eric said "sorry. It's just that we're looking for a close friend of ours." "Its fine. I hope you all find your friend." "Thanks." The tiger boys walked off and the teen came back to find Melody, but she too was gone. Melody continued to test the rest of the tiger boys, when someone bumped into them they all was like Eric accept Gary who was ready to fight. Thankfully Gary had his buddies there to help calm him down and remind him that they were looking for Melody. Speaking quietly to herself Melody said "this isn't working, they're together to remind each other. I'll get them one at a time when they're by themselves.
For a few days the tiger boys was together till Paul said "lets split up. It'll be easier and and we can call or text to keep in touch." I must thank him later. So then the tiger boys split up, Melody first tailed Eric, Melody convinced a teen to bump into Eric. Eric was a bit irrated, but kept on walking. The teen came back to Melody. In a hush tone, "wait. Can you help me more? You be doing the same thing to all the tiger boys." "What! Why? Why are-" "Listen the explanation is quite long, but I'll give you one later. So?" "I don't know." "I'll be there watching you and I'll pay you later." "Well.." "Twenty-five dollars. Is that good enough?" "Yeah, but they.." "I know what you're worrying about, but I'll be there hidden, if I see that they'll try to hurt you run toward me I'll protect you. Trust me." "Okay. Where to now?" Melody pulled out her cell and texted Paul to find out where Irwin was. Irwin and the Teen talked for a second, the teen came back to Melody. "What did you guys talk about?" "He asked if I know any one by the name of Melody or saw some person who hung around them some months ago. I told him sorry, but no to both questions." "Okay." "Do you know who they're looking for?" "Alright next person." "You're avoiding my question?." "Yes I know the tiger boys and who they're looking for. By the way what's your name?" "Danny." "Well Danny lets go, no more questions."
Melody and Danny arrived at some park that was about ten minutes from mall, to look for Tony. "Alright Danny he's the next person to bump into." "What ever." Danny did what was expected the same result showed just like last time. We're left with Ricky and Gary. I'll save Gary for last. I better call Paul though to make sure he'll be there for both, for precaution. Paul found Melody and Danny, Danny did what he was doing for most of the day and bumped into Ricky. Ricky thought nothing of it, but he did bring out a photo of Melody. After Danny looked at the picture he left, "he asked if I saw that person in the photograph. She looked like you, but with different color hair." "Oh. Well lets go, there's one more and he's the leader." "Leader?" "Don't worry, my friend Paul and I will be there." "Okay then."
All three found Gary and was wondering what the outcome will be. "Alright here I go." Paul and Melody only nodded. Danny did bumped into him and Gary did lose his temper. Gary went after Danny who ran and Paul jumped out to help Danny. "Let me get him! He made me bump into someone else and I lost my concentration." "Yes I know, but-" Gary then pushed Paul to the side and went after Danny still. Paul turned and was holding on tight to Gary, but then Gary swung his head back to hit Paul. Gary did catch up to Danny, but Melody jumped in between them. "Uh move." "No! If you want get Danny you got go through me." "I can't fight a girl." "Well then you won't get to him plus I asked him to bump into you, so it's my fault." "Really? Lets fight then... You must be crazy or stupid." Gary lead them to an empty alley, Danny was helping Paul. When Paul's nose stopped bleeding he went looking, found Gary and Melody fighting. From Paul's and Danny's perspective Melody was winning. "Please stop!" "Not a chance!" "What if you hurt her?" "Good." Melody's foot got stuck and Gary was coming fast, "Gary stop!" Gary avoided all three of them. Melody could only duck, but Gary grabbed onto her shirt and pushed her to the ground. Gary got on top of her, Paul was rushing over, "Paul stop!" "But-" "Stop!" Paul did stop. "Why did you tell him to stop?" "We don't need him hurt again especially since he was trying to help." "You seem familiar?" "I get that alot. So what now?" "Now?" "Yes. Are you gonna hit me or help me up?" "Uh." "This fight is over; plus I know you're looking for someone or the tiger boys are." "Yes we are, but how did you know?" "She'll be upset to know or see how you're acting." Gary then helped her up, but to get a surprise. "Melody?" "Melody your hair came off." Melody looked down and ran away, but Danny stepped in front of her while Gary and Paul was behind her. "What's going on?" "I'll tell you later, but I must go. I'm meeting friends." "Friends, as if." "Danny lets go."" "Not till you tell me or them." Gary reached for his cell, "don't call them. I'll tell you. I remember everything that's why I left.""You remember? That doesn't make sense." "I remember Ms.Andrews, the fight Irwin, Ricky, Tony, and I had. Everything, that's why I left, I thought you all would want me gone and I didn't want fight or argue with.. my friends so I asked Lauren for help. She helped me." "Then why did you send that fellow to bump into me? You fought me as well." "It's complicated, but I fought to protect him. Thanks Danny you can go now. Gary I must go, bye." "Wait! What about the others, don't you want to see them and explain everything?" Melody left.
At the house Gary told everyone everything, "she remembers and she's wearing a wig;" the tiger boys was speechless. The boys just sat thinking while Tony took Lauren outside, "you know where she lives don't you? If so can you take me to her?" "Sorry, but no. I can ask her if she'll meet you somewhere." "Meet?. Well I guess that's better then nothing. Please can you see about it now?" "Yes of course." Lauren took out her cell and texted Melody, Tony felt as if he could scream forever waiting for one simple text. At last a text message came through, "she said tell Tony I won't meet him or the other tiger boys. If they want contact me they all have my cell number. Sorry Tony." All the tiger boys was outside behind Lauren and Tony listening, when they turned around Lauren only said "well now I won't need to repeat myself." The tiger boys was lost for words so they only stared. Ricky finally spoke "what! Did we hear that right?" "Yeah, sorry. I guess she wants or needs to think about some things. Course she never told me if she would come back." "What does Melody need think about when she told me what she already thought?" "It could be an excuse. I'm going to call her, I'll put it on speaker." Tony dialed, had it on speaker so everyone could hear, and to everyone's surprise for once in several days they couldn't believe Melody picked up. "Melody!.. You're on speaker so everyone can hear you." "Has Gary told you all?" "Yes, but it sort of doesn't make sense.. I-we know what you mean right guys?" Everyone said "yeah." Tony continued on, "we could still meet and see each other. You don't need to live with us." "I can't, I almost said no to the texting and calling." "Why?" "Because I would want to come home if we all met often. I figure it might be better if we just stay in contact by phone." "Oh." "Tony, guys I must go, but I promise we can stay in contact by phone and I'll watch you all from a distance. Bye." "Melody! She hung up. Watch us from a distance?" "Yeah, for days she's been watching you." "Paul and you knew?" "Yes. So does that mean-" "I don't know where she lives. Lauren took me to a playground to meet Melody, I only agreed to try help her." "What playground and help her how?" "I don't know what playground it was dark out when we met. I agreed to try keep you all at a safe distance from her when she texted me where she was I would suggest to go some where else. It wasn't just that, but to also keep your tempers at bay.. she said you all have a temper." "Temper?" "Melody said you all have bad tempers, accept Tony.. Why else would she only remember Tony?."
