After waking refreshed I go out of the forest to search for stream .After searching for a while I found it got a bath.
After returning to the cave I opened the inventory and click on Cultivation book

After that I got up goes outside the cave to make primordial energy gathering rune so that there will be enough energy.
After some traveling I found some big trees and hills and marked the gathering rune with vital energy as I don't have energy yet.
after marking east , I went to west and marked it too
similarly I marked north and south.
After activation of rune it started to gather energy in the centre which is the cave I am living temporarily.
Returning to cave I waited for 3 hour patiently to fill up.
