Darren looked up and saw Tim staring at him. Eyes gentle and kind. It was heart warming to look at because he knew Tim was sincere, he is sincere and genuine.
Right then and there, he was reminded of what he's gonna do. He's gonna help Hugo in bringing Tim back in exchange for the case to be taken under his hands. Now, that sounded bad.

He had made a deal with the devil. In any moment, Darren will for sure receive Tim's wrath if the deal happens to fall under his consciousness. He bit his lips and blinked at Tim.
Maybe if he blinks, that soft expression will be wiped away and would reflect the annoying git he had met when he just came. If that's what he'll see, what he's gonna do won't affect him so much.
