Darren stared at the folders in the table placed in his room's veranda. He's reading, well, at least he's trying to. His mind is nowhere in the papers in front of him. He wanted to tend to what Ms. Davis gave him but he's far away.
He's wondering about the twins. His love for Tim and his hate for Hugo. The two men had managed to get acquire Darren's contrasting feelings. He's also busy trying to forget Tim's statement before he went out but found himself not able to.
You see when Darren had told he has standards as high as the tallest building on the world, he build them from what he had seen from other people and televisions and what he had read from books.
He did not build them based on his past experiences because he doesn't have some, even just one past relationship. He'd been so hard to woo, he's not to be seduced by ridiculous ways. But when he had met Tim, all his fixed ideals were destroyed one by one.
