He couldn't believe what he just heard from Hugo's brother, Julien. He cannot believe and doesn't know what to believe. He cannot believe that their father could be that heartless and cruel.
How can he make his son be someone he's not? Doesn't it make him feel bad to force someone in a way that's too ruthless? He's a father and yet he seemed to cannot really act like one.
