Darren had been crying, all day and all night.
He doesn't know what to do and how to find Timothee. He's been out for too long and he haven't gotten back yet. All he do for endless hours that felt like years is cry and weep for what he had done to Tim.
Perhaps Hugo was right. He was too desperate to have him as his lawyer that he wasn't able to really say no back then. But he did that for his parents. For them to not suffer in jail anymore and he really wanted to put Silen in jail already.
He had repeatedly tried to convince himself that he did that for his parents but now, he doesn't know anymore. It was his fault and even though it broke Darren's heart to see it, he knows he deserves the coldness in Tim's voice and stares.
And the way he called him Chu. It was so cold and so black as if darkness isn't even there. It was so bland and so black. It did everything to hurt Darren and his guilt has worsened for the worst. He felt so useless and so sinful.
