There were two kingdoms- the Anatoli kingdom in the east who inhabited the many archipelagos and islands of the seas and the Occiden kingdom in the west who occupied the main land, the vast, rich and lush estates, the wide and empty deserts, and the expansive and boundless ice lands. In short, the Occidens took most of the share and expanded their empire with the aim to be one of the greatest. But it wasn't always this way.
From time immemorial, humans and nephilims once lived in harmony as one united nation in a land they called Pangaea, where Anatoli and Occiden didn't yet exist. However, the vision of a peaceful and a long-lasting Pangaea died when the humans retaliated and formed a revolution. The Nephilims, who inherited the blood of angels thousands of years ago from when the age of angels formerly ruled the world, showed great prominence, talent, and skills that are far from the average human's capabilities. Though they look very much like humans except for their silver hair and blue eyes, they are a generation, descended from angels which gave them immeasurable strength, power and ability to control magic, naturally as their birth right.
This capability created tension as some of the humans were intimated by them and viewed them as a threat, a danger and an enemy. Maybe it is because of the Nephilim's continued progress to greatness and prosperity that made some of them arrogant, conceited and selfish, that they belittled and discriminated the humans that lived with them, viewing them as a race lower than them and thinking themselves as a superior race to the weaker humans.
It is hard to point to one sole reason as to why the once powerful dynasty of Pangaea ended with long years of war that led to killings, massacres and lots of blood and death, since both the humans and the nephilims, despite trying to live with each other for many years weren't able to set aside each other's differences. Both were at fault, in their own ways and it is this fracture and friction that separated them. The humans lived in the east calling it their "Anatoli" while the nephilims stayed in the main land, changing themselves from "Pangaea" to "Occiden".
Thus, two kingdoms were born. One where the humans lived and one where the nephilims stayed. But it was said to be set in stone, spoken in prophecy that once again, these two kingdoms shall be united, joined as one force, as one Pangaea once more with a new ruler who will unite both kingdoms as one.
In the future, one who possesses both human and nephilim blood, one who understands what is like to be human and what it is like to have the angel's blood in it's veins shall restore the greatness of Pangaea back to it's glory, but now with peace from both the humans and the nephilims. This ruler shall be the reason upon whom both races will finally set their differences aside and live in a long-lasting harmony.
As to who that ruler shall be is still a question.
But the one who wielded Dansleif, without knowing it shall see who that person shall become.
