"No need, we are leaving for Dubai next week directly from here."
She said with a straight face and moved to Ali and started washing him.
Huzaifa was frozen in shock, not because he didn't know they have only one week, but because hearing it from her was making it more real, and he didn't want to even imagine that.
"I want to talk to you." When Moomal was done washing and changing Ali's clothes, Huzaifa said, looking at her intently.
Moomal looked up at him before buttoning up Ali's shirt and shook her head lightly. "But I don't want to." And then she looked back at her son and touched his head. "Go back with your baba, and don't disturb his sleep. Okay?" She said affectionately.
"I won't." He replied and kissed his mother's cheek before raising his arms for his baba to pick him up.
Moomal had a beautiful smile on her face but only her God knows behind that smile, how much she was hurting.
