Beanie, I will sure kill you if you dragged us down here to stare at the luxurious view of the pool", a stressed out Abby threatened clutching her knees panting hardly, they had unfortunately had to use the stairs from the ninth floor to the third due to some problem of an unfunctional elevator.
"Seems to me like you both did a marathon, more like cross country", he stated with a grin, quickly shutting up by the two daggers shot at him.
"Well, this would be the perfect spot for the killer to have landed the perfect shot killing those two", he explained pointing out the spots both victims were shot dead.
"Now what?", Vicky asked.
"Well, we get the names of those on this floor", Beanie replied.
"Like that will help", Vicky muttered under her breath.
"Well have any other ideas of yours", Beanie shot back getting a rewarding silence from her.
"Much better",he thought within himself.
"Forgetting something? how do we do that you don't just demand the receptionist for those that signed in", Abby pointed out.
"Trust me, I've got some tricks up my sleeve", he winked as Abby rolled her eyes in annoyance.
"Now we've heard all this, can we please get some food", Vicky whined unable to control the grumbling of her restless tummy that desperately needed to be feed.
"Me too", Abby stated, hearing about food suddenly reminded her how much she too needed to munch some tasty food, making their way to the cafeteria they all ordered some snacks and minutes later were moaning in delight.
"This is heaven ", Abby muffled out, her mouth stuffed with the taco's she was quickly devouring.
"Second that ", Vicky stated, she too was having her tastebuds dancing crazy.
"Here is the plan, I have my duty to play you two...well, Abby get technical details on every CCTV cameras installment, Vicky take care of getting information from the staffs", Beanie instructed.
"Way to ruin the mood", Abby muttered as they departed on their various roles, well at least it seems the case was gradually getting on a roll.

An hour passed by leaving little or no progress for the team, their research was fatal as they couldn't pin point or make up the motive of the killer, both victims were no doubt loaded as in rich, they could have had lots of enemies but alas! the team had no suspect yet ...but not everything was yet a failure, Abby had records of the cameras and it's navigation points, Beanie had successfully gotten the names of all those on the 3rd floor although how he did that remained quite a mystery, no one was lounged their had any connection with the victims, the frightened workers weren't too much a challenge as they easily gave off information, but that wasn't much of a help.
The victims, "Erincal Perventope" and "Nirah Adam" were given the young spices a tough time in this mission.
"They both studied at Everheight Academy, is that any clue yet?", an exhausted Abby stated looking up her laptop.
"They went to the same academy?", Vicky asked "why didn't I notice that! I'll go get some drinks, be right back". Hurrying off Vicky zoomed out leaving the two.
"Has Mike contacted you?", Abby asked startling Beanie who wasn't expecting that sort of question aside anyone related to the mission.
"No, but Paul did"
"He did!", an excited Abby cried out "What did he say?"
A plung of jealousy stabbed Beanie, smiling he composed himself, "Well, he's due to arrive next week"
"OMG! I just can't wait!", she squealed
"Focus on the case cupcake", Beanie let out a sad smile knowing that the overly excited Abby wasn't going to focus one bit anymore.

Four more days passed by and suddenly the unexpected happened leaving the team in a state of shock. Feeling that without clues they could have a little as they guessed the killer tracks must have ended but the occurrence that took place that day shook them to the core,
"We let him slip by", a shocked Vicky lamented.
"We're so horrible", Abby cried out horrified by the experience.
"It's time we're done being in the shadows, it's time we saw that footage", Beanie stated with determination, he was really disappointed and now most regions of this hotel were confined and swimming with the police and other FBI agents.
********************************************************************************************************
"Mr Winston, you've got to grant us access please", Abby pleaded, the hotel manager was having a hard time being persuaded by this kids, it was hilarious for Mike to send a bunch of kids who he claimed were the best of his best agents squad.
"Come on Winston, that video maybe our key", Vicky lamented getting annoyed by the man's persistence.
"Miss Vicky, thsi wasn't what Mr Mike bargained for, plus if the FBI had a hard time, what makes you think you have a upper hand and are more likely to solve this", Mr Winston stated.
Pissed, Beanie was having a hard time controlling his emotions, they were trying to save this man's life, business and reputation but here he was sitting and acting like a spoilt brat, of course Beanie was setting he is!
"Sir, we understand you have insecurities but we assure you this would be for a great course and your image", Beanie pointed out composing himself.
With a sigh of defeat, Mr Winston granted access to them.
"See kid, the FBI doughs this is the true video so please keep this low key", Mr Winston said
"Is this the real footage", Abby questioned also with disbelief as the video showed nothing just a shadow nothing just a shadow.
"They was a bridge in our camera system, this was the first time that has happened", Mr Winston replied.
"Sorry for any discomfort, and thanks for your aid", Beanie stated, hastily they want off to analyze their finds.
"So the was a system bridge, why do I feel this wasn't mere coincidence", Abby stated. They were all sitted researching on their latest victim "Zurish Blackie".
"It's a set up, guess we have to build our own system", Vicky said with a sigh; their door bell rang and Beanie quickly got up to answer it, minutes later returning with a package.
"From Tom to baby sis", he read the tag attached to the box. Excited Abby leaped up grabbing the box from him, "That's for me"
"Your brother knows you're here", a pissed Vicky questioned.
"Yah", she replied tearing off the package wrapping "a jornal!"
"You told me your family didn't know about you being a detective, I hate liarers", Vicky spat.
"Parents", Abby corrected flipping through the purple covered jornal.
"Sure thing, what if there's a bomb beneath that", Vicky snapped.
"Are you suggesting my brother of being a serial killer", she exclaimed angered.
"How sure ate you, you can't trust anyone", Vicky countered.
"For Christ sake Vicky! his my brother"
"Ooh! please, save the gist"
"You're just a self centered bitch", Abby raged out. She stormed off in anger, her mind clouded with thoughts, her senses also gone that she wasn't focused on her direction.
"Gosh! Lorious I'm so sorry", she apologized, she had unintentionally bumped into Lorious, Mr Winston's assistant.
"No worries Abby", Lorious replied reorganizing the littered files and folders with Abby's help.
"Well I better get going, Mr Winston may start getting cranky", she added leaving Abby who was mentally scolding herself for being so careless.
"What's that?", she thought aloud seeing a folded paper tucked underneath a table, must have fallen off". She retrieved the paper, slowly she opened it; it was a letter addressed to Mr. Winston

" Useless shit!", she muttered although she had no value for the paper, she found herself tucking the crumbled note into her jeans.

"Did he get my note?", a voice in the shadows questioned a rather bulky loaded man behind her.
" Yes madam, I did just that", the man replied with his husky deep voice.
"Well, well, well! the ball is in his court, let him decide! ", she stated, their laughter echoing through the halls, darkness eloped around them.
