"I'll refill the truck with gas check the store get everything we may need" said Andrew. "okay then, I'll go in" said sasha". Sasha walked to the store she looked around and found there were some blood marks around the counter. "this looks suspicious" said sasha.
"Hey Andrew, Come with me let me show you something" said sasha. Andrew followed her to the counter, they saw some blood marks. "do you think that 'zombie' attacked a person in here?" said sasha. Andrew checked where the blood marks led to.
They saw the blood marks end in a door leading to the storage area of the store. "I think someone's inside" said Andrew. "let's try to open it" said sasha.

They saw a person inside, a female, she was unconscious. not too far away was a man covered on blood he had a crowbar on his head. "check her if she has any bite marks, I'll go out and refill our fuel, and get some supplies" said Andrew. natasha nodded and proceeded to do the tasks while andrew began collecting things that may be needed in the future this gas station was near a mountain so there were equipments that were needed for survival like machetes, first aid kits, flashlight, and more he then filled up the car with fuel took some canisters filled it with gas and put it on the back of the truck.
He then went to the storage area and saw the woman was already conscious. "let's go now" said Andrew. the girl reluctantly followed, while they were about to come in the truck the girl said "thank you for saving me my name is Wendy, I'm 19". "hi Wendy my name is Andrew and beside you is sasha, we are soldiers but, we don't know the current situation. you may come with us or choose your own plan" said Andrew. "it's okay I'll stay with you" said Wendy
they talked about Wendy's background they learned that she was also an orphan like Andrew.
she said "there were people running everywhere I didn't mind it, but then a man walked in he was snarling I asked if he was okay when he heard me he attacked me thankfully there was a crowbar near me so I killed him, you wouldn't arrest me right?" said Wendy."it's not your this is happening everywhere don't worry we'll help you " said sasha with a reassuring look. "by the way where are we going" said Wendy. "were looking for Sasha's parents" said Andrew.
They had a fun trip laughing along the way.
