Edward caught Amelia on time when she was slipping. He helped police like a good citizen by handing her over to them personally.
"What are you doing?" Amelia yelled at Edward who was dragging her to hand over to the police.
"I am trying to be a good citizen. I finally got a chance to prove myself as a good citizen!" he said to her.
"You! My father won't leave you alone!" she yelled.
"Miss. Parkinson's, multiple cases are filed on you. Please come with us." the police said to her.
"What did I do? I did nothing! Everything is done by her! She is a plagiariser!! She snatched my man! She is an adulterer!! Arrest her!!" Amelia yelled like a madwoman, losing all her sanity.
"Miss. Zora will surely come." the police said. Eleanor didn't say anything and she calmly sat.
Amelia's lips curled upwards at his words.
".... but… she will come to record the statement," he said.
