What did she regret?
Lumielle didn't like to admit that she was flawed. She had still been too weak in the past. She had been complacent in letting things happen in fear of letting the future vanish from her fingertips. All she had was her journal scribbled with facts that were no longer true. She sighed, fingers touching the herbs that she had been growing.
Even now, in this life, her alchemy skills had been lacking. She hadn't had the time to focus on them.
"Princess," Evangeline called out, bowing her head kindly as the purple-haired girl's eyes looked up to focus on her maid. Lumielle had been attempting to use what small free time she had to hone her skills, and yet, another bother. "Countess Vonright wishes to see you."
Lumielle's expression remained controlled. "Vera is coming today with Lyanna, I suppose Yennefer is already here. We wouldn't want to cause a fuss, would we Eva?"
