"Emperor, Princess, your guests have arrived."
Helio opened the door as she turned around to see her brother along with Asterias. "I greet the Sun of Endora," both men stated as they bowed cordially. Lumielle's lips curved up in seeing her younger brother.
"I thought you had a lesson with Sebastian," Eldrige said as Asterias took a seat next to Lumielle. Aristele took the one across from his sister.
"I finished early," Aristele said giving a polite nod. Yet, even though he was attempting to be amicable Lumielle could tell that her brother was annoyed.
She had qualms about being abandoned but not anymore. She would be the one to toss away her father. Lumielle would throw the chessboard into the fire and watch as Eldrige uselessly clung to her. There was no use in getting upset over this. After all, her father didn't care about her. Shamelessly humiliating her simply because he had the ability to do so.
