Pitter-patter!
Early in the morning when Raelle opened her eyes precisely on time, she heard the soft sound of rain coming from outside. Even though the weather won't allow her to go out for a run, she still had to get out of bed.
She looked down at the arm that was around her body and then turned her head to look at the sleeping face of her husband. It wasn't strange to her any longer since lately, Shui Xian's arm would always be around her body whenever she woke up. In fact, oftentimes, she'd find herself squished against his hot body.
Even if she slept on her side of the bed, she'd be pulled towards his side of the bed in her sleep. But interestingly enough, Shui Xian never tried to move himself to her side of the bed. It was like her words that he wasn't permitted there yet were actually deep-rooted in his heart. Or perhaps, it was his way of showing his respect towards his wife.
