"It's only partially your fault for spoiling him, dad, but it's majorly mother's fault. She made him believe he is superior to everybody and people around him are his underlings. Well, she gave the same treatment to Dalilah, but in Octavian's case, he is too wrapped in his bubble of being better than everyone. Which, let's be honest, is a fat lie, and you know it."
He nodded, smiling tiredly, "You are right."
"But when did you wake up?"
He seemed confused, "5 in the morning...?"
"No, I mean, wake up from seeing Octavian as a model son, when he's the opposite of that."
"When we were searching for you, he didn't even seem fazed by you being kidnapped. He had the audacity to tell me that I should listen to your mom and throw the ball, instead of looking for you myself. He said you were probably hiding somewhere and doing this to receive our attention," hah.
What can I say? I am not one bit surprised. That's something Octopus would say.
