I beg you're just dying to know the mysterious him...
Well ladies and gentlemen, it's my brother Alvaro, again. I knew there was no way this was real.
"What's going on" I ask, staring at Alvaro with narrowed eyes. Lets see him try and explain this situation.
Alvaro winced, "Come with me" he said as he headed for the door I had just exited through. He silently led me through the corridors and back into the room where I had a run in with Abrax. I winced as I recounted our interaction.
I realised that Abrax had stopped walking. I glanced at him only to see him already looking at me. He gestured for me to take a seat. I sat on the chair at the head of the table with Alvaro sitting opposite me.
Alvaro cleared his throat and sat still, his gaze trained on the door we just came through. "Are we waiting for someone?" I asked him but he didn't answer.
I was about to repeat my question when the curtains covering the door were pushed aside to reveal Pharaoh Abrax himself, standing as tall and proud as a peacock. The man was at least 6 foot 3 and made me feel very tiny in my 5 foot 2 frame.
Abrax sat in the chair next to me and for a minute, there was an awkward silence. Abrax and Alvaro glanced at each other and seemed to silently communicate for a second.
Finally, Alvaro looked at me and asked quietly if he could tell me a story. I wanted to demand answers which- if you can't tell- was my chosen way of getting answers but I refrained and gave him a nod instead. He cleared his throat, slightly fidgeting as if nervous.
"More than a millennia ago, the God of time and eternity, Huh was lonely so he decided to make a companion, a warrior and he named him Khalud. At first, they got along, they were happy until Khalud fell in love with a maiden called Jamila. They spent only a short time together before the claws of death sunk into her and dragged her away. Her death drove Khalud mad. He became power-hungry and ruthless. He became a monster.
The more time passed, the worst Khalud's tyranny became until Huh knew that he had no choice but to end Khalud once and for all. The battle was gruesome but in the end Khalud was deleted and Huh was left weakened, no better than a mere mortal but he knew that without his presence, the world could be destroyed by other Gods so with the last of his power he created beings with the ability to travel through the roots of time and stop other Gods from causing destruction either in the past or future. He called these beings viatoribus tempus OR VIATEMPUS.
He then gave them the appearance of mortals and cast them down to earth then drew his last breath.
THEA, WE ARE THE VIATEMPUS"
