Welp, My day got started early, I woke up because my 4:30 AM alarm went off so I can get ready for my workout class that I - sadly - have to teach because I said I would do it, but oh do I have a surprise waiting for me when I get there.
Okay, Okay I know what you are thinking 'Why 4:30 in the gosh darn morning?' Well, I'll tell you, I have to get dressed and do my 3-mile run my full-body workout, Then at 5:45, I have to head to my moms' studio to teach workouts to people... who are fully capable of learning workouts to do by themselves, but no they want a teenage girl to teach a bunch of people workouts, Can I just say, Ugh Why?
I might as well get my lazy butt out of bed, But like I don't want to, But I have to. Okay well, I'll just go to my closet and grab out a random sports bra and leggings, or maybe even joggers. I'll just stick with joggers, I walk to my closet and grab a pair of yellow and black joggers, with a black sports bra, I hurry and get changed so that I can meet up with daddy before he leaves.
I head downstairs so I can make my morning smoothie, Strawberry, and pineapple with spinach... Yum, Okay, now let's just get down there and drink my favorite thing ever. I always have the time to make a smoothie.
"Daddy are you in the kitchen?" I call from the walkway that heads into the biggest kitchen with all things stainless steel, and marble countertops, Maybe dad will allow me to get another tattoo? But ehh if not it's just a thought, so I wouldn't get another one anytime soon, because the first one hurt like hell.
"Baby doll I'm in here, I got all the stuff you need out for your favorite smoothie, Hopefully, this time you finish the smoothie instead of giving it to your brother." My dad says with a chuckle, how exactly did my dad know that I gave the rest to my brother... Nevermind my dad knows everything, "Oh, Callie I got a call today, 'bout a thing, and you didn't even have the decency to tell your own father about it?"
"Whatever do you mean dad? Are you talking about the job offer? Because I told you but you were talking on the phone about your business shit, and I didn't want you to hang up, on them, I just forgot to say something after you were done talking, my bad" I say with a huge smile on my face while my dad just looks at me with a devilish grin.
"However did you become so grown up? Enough to say that word in front of your father even? But You know I can't really stop you, now get your butt over here and make your dang smoothie" Dad laughs with his big hearty laugh instead of the hearty chuckle he does.
"Okay, Dad, I was wondering if I could take the Audi today since my Lamborghini is getting fixed? Or should I just take the BMW?" I ask out of nowhere. Dad usually lets me take whichever one I want but I still felt the need to ask.
"Honey you know you don't have to ask right? But if you want you can take the Audi, I am gonna take the Porche, so you can't take that but the Audi is open." Dad looks at me while I'm putting all the ingredients in the blender, I look his way and have a slight smile on my face.
"Thanks, dad I really appreciate it. I am gonna finish this, and you can go get to the office if you need to because I'm gonna be gone all day to help people at moms' studio so you have a day off from me." I say and kiss my dad on the cheek, "I love you dad, but you are gonna be late if you don't hurry up and leave"
"Actually your mom and I have to go to Hawai'i remember? But you still have to watch Asher even tho you don't want to, you can stay at Uncle Jim and Aunt Sammy's house if you don't feel like staying here for a few weeks, or you can just stay here and spend quality time with your brother, God knows you haven't done that in a while." He says and at that moment Asher comes into the kitchen, Now dad focused on Asher he askes "Asher what would you like for breakfast? Cali said she would make you food"
"I want chocolate banana pancakes, You can do that for me right Cal?" He asks me and I just nod and get a glass and the stuff needed for the homemade pancakes out, Well this should be fun. I have always loved making food for my brother.
"Well, I have to pick your mom up from where ever she is right now, I love you both, I'll call you when we land okay Cal? And keep an eye out for Asher." Dad looks at me and I nod.
"Wait, can Asher and I invite people over for a sleepover and have a movie marathon? I'll make sure he goes to bed before 11:00, Please?" I ask and He looks at Asher and nods and mouths 'If it gets out of hand you are in trouble' I nod and smile. I turn to Asher because dad now left the house.
"Asher how many pancakes would you like? after you eat breakfast you have to get ready to come with me to moms' studio." I ask and he holds up 4 fingers and then gives me a thumbs up so that I know he wants 4 pancakes and he also knows that he has to come with me today... Well, this should be fun.
"Cal, can I ask you a question?" Asher asks even when I told him he doesn't need to ask if he can ask a question. So this I just nod. So he asks "What happened between you and Lil?"
"Oh, honey Lilly just hurt me so, she and I aren't really friends at the moment." I say as I put his pancakes on his plate, "Eat up, we have a long day ahead of us."
"Thanks, Cal, I love you," He says and I say in a quiet voice, "As I do you Asher"
