Kally stood at about nine feet tall, but in her gladiator heels she was easily a foot higher. Beside her in her cage was a massive metal war hammer that could squish a human head like a bug.
Kally the defeated queen of the Xirn, an all female race that reproduced Asexually, the Xirn stood at about nine feet tall and inhabited the island of Mellgrad.
Mellgrad like every other island in Oceanlandia was under the dominion of the Kingdom of Oceanlandia ruled over by High King Opus. Kally was originally the queen of Mellgrad until the Great Elven War, Opus decided that Mellgrad needed better protection so he installed a puppet government led by his young son Prince Allayis.
Now Kally would have to fight for her life in the Mellgrad Coliseum.
Kally, who had had her eyes closed trying to mediate, opened them to see the last moments of one of her friends' lives.
She passed through the gate to see a dark skin Xirn woman one the ground covered in blood, standing above her was a big muscular man in heavy armor.
"Please! Show mercy!" The woman pleaded
The man looked up at the crowd which was made up of Xirn women who were being forced to cheer because the guards behind them, above the crowd was Prince Allayis in a section built just for royalty.
Prince Allayis held his hand out in a fist a plopped his thumb up, then slowly gestured it down. Meaning kill.
The man in the armor then took his giant medieval flail and smashed the woman in the face with it.
Splattering her skull and brains all over the ground.
"Dreadnought wins!" The announcer shouted
"Now entering the arena, I face the crowd may know best. Coming in at nine feet and 300 pounds, pretty fit flf a Xirn woman. We present to you the former Queen, Kally Sweer!" The announcer said
The cage then opened as Kally walked out with her hammer in hand, the crowd roared in applause for their former Queen.
Dreadnought looked up at Prince Allayis who had preemptively put the thumbs down position, to signify killing her.
The cell bars to Kally's cage fell, leaving the arena to just her and Dreadnought.
"Draw blood!" The announcer shouted meaning the fight had began
Kally and Dreadnought stood across from each other.
"I'll reclaim my kingdom by any means necessary. So fuck off or die." Kally warned
"Did you not see what just happened to your friend. You don't stand a chance." Dreadnought replied
Kally enraged rushed Dreadnought and bashed him on the head with the hammer, due to his armor's little effect. Dreadnought then swung at her with his flail, just missing her, the breeze from the flail gently brushed beside her hair.
Kally high kicked hitting Dreadnought in the chin forcing him to stumble back a bit.
She then ran up to him and bashed him multiple times in rapid succession with the hammer doing slight damage to his armor, Dreadnought then pulled his hand back and back slapped Kally so hard it sent her flying about sixty-feet back before she rolled over several times.
The audience gasped in horror fearing the worst. Kally however quickly jumped back to her feet, only to see the Dreadnought rushing at her with a plume of dust behind him.
Kally running at full speed sprinted towards him, she jumped into the air and twirled several times before she kicked Dreadnought in the head with all her power. This propelled her up and over him and she took this opportunity to kick him in the back.
Even though either one of these two hard blows would've killed a regular human, but it just threw Dreadnought off his balance.
The crowd was cheering the loudest it had been in a while, seeing Kally in the advantageous position.
Allayis was getting really annoyed by this so he shouted.
"Just end her! Kill her!"
Dreadnought then pulled out two blunderbuss pistols which resulted in Kally pulling out her bow and arrow.
"Ha, your hardest hits couldn't dent my armor. What makes you think and arrow would." Dreadnought mocked
He swiftly fired both pistols, however Kally was able to dodge them by diving towards the ground. She loses her arrow at Dreadnought causing a fiery explosion so powerful that the shockwave blows some in the audience back.
As soon as Kally got up she was hit by Dreadnought again, causing her to fly back across half the arena. She pulled herself up just to get tackled by him. He ran towards the wall with her still wrapped around him and slammed her into the wall with so much force he caved it in.
He threw several punches in rapid succession striking her in the face causing her to bleed profusely, Kally managed to get her foot in a position to kick Dreadnought off of her. With full force she kicked him center mass sending him stumbling back a tiny bit, she then began wailing on him with her bare fist, busting her fist into bloody pulps, Dreadnought then threw a punch which she caught with both her arms.
She managed to kick him again, causing him to stumble back once more. She sprinted towards her hammer with Dreadnought giving chase.
Knowing Dreadnought was going to catch her she dove to the ground, throwing her legs out, tripping him up in the process, for the first time in the fight Dreadnought hit the ground.
Kally grabbed her hammer and then stomped on Dreadnoughts stomach and kept her foot there. She then began repeatedly hitting him in the head with the hammer, with each powerful blow his armor chipped away more and more.
The crowd became uncontrollable, cheering on Kally, jeering the Dreadnought and Prince Allayis. Meanwhile Prince Allayis was on the verge of dying from an anger stroke. He was grinding his teeth to the point where some were breaking, his face was tomato red and his voice was hoarse from constant yelling.
"What in the underworld are you doing! Get the fuck up Dreadnought! Kill her!" He shouted.
Down below Kally was exhausted but she kept swinging the hammer at Dreadnoughts face. Eventually the facial part of Dreadnoughts armor was gone, and all that was left was a scared man underneath.
"Mercy." He pleaded
Kally then stopped, she grabbed his hand and pulled him up.
"I'm not a monster like you. I show mercy." She said right before she punched him in the face knocking out.
The crowd cheered and applauded Kally's win.
Kally threw her arms up in victory, as the crowd threw flowers and roses down upon her.
Kally didn't really feel like basking in her own glory at that point. She turned to the both to see Prince Allayis.
"Kill him!" She shouted
The crowd took her order and swarmed the few guards there, easily killing them. Allayis grabbed his gun and ran deeper into the box. The crowd easily broke through the barrier and the sound of a gunshot rang out, then a scream then nothing at all.
The crowd completely tore Allayis limb from limb and ran out with pieces of him in their hands.
Kally only had one thing to say about this.
"Justice."
