Bella looked at worried Alex then at the bunch of shouting people. She knew he was worried because of them but she did not understand why! She had not used anything different as they were claiming then why was Alex so worried? Did he not trust her? The thought left a bitter taste in her mouth.
No, she could not let Alex misunderstand her. Her eyes filled with determination that she would prove to Alex that she had done nothing wrong and she was right like always.
She walked towards Alex and pulled his shirt. Alex, who was so lost in the argument and way to find it , was surprised when Bella pulled his shirt. He felt guilty to make her suffer as they all were targeting her because of him.
