Bryan was surprised that she was that rich but his surprise didn't last that long as he recalled that Bernadette was actually swimming in the billions right now.
He nodded and said, "So, how are you handling this?"
She shrugged nonchalantly, "like I would handle pouring milk on my dress. It will pass soon enough."
Bryan wondered what she meant when she said that her father had plans that would surely save his company. What was that old man planning again? He gave it a rest for two reasons.
First, if indeed he was doing something illegal again then this time there was no excuse for him and he'd surely get caught and secondly, he had already gotten his revenge so there was no point in going after him again.
Seeing that the issue was mostly ironed out he leaned in a bit closer to her and asked, "So, what's up with him?"
