Bryan sighed at what the chief just said, it would be a futile gesture if he didn't agree with him. How could he track the people she'd been in contact with when they didn't even know where she had fled to in the first place?
He turned to the doctor and asked, "what about the guards? I know that the police left three guards to keep her safe and locked up so what happened to them?"
The doctor scratched his head again and sighed, "We found them asleep by the door and after discovering what happened here we had to put them in the ER just to be safe."
Bernadette found that this was more and more suspicious as if it was an inside job. This couldn't have been pulled off by someone who came in from outside so it had to be someone who knew the internal structure of the hospital.
