That same day Bryan, Bernadette and Bruce left Wakeville and arrived in Haston city around evening. Bryan stayed for a while in the station before going back to the hotel, he was slightly tired.
Bernadette had immediately gone home to see Walter who had been discharged the previous day from the hospital.
Bryan felt a little bored at the hotel so he called up Jason and asked him to have a drink with him. The latter had been at the hospital for a day due to his injuries and he had insisted that he should be discharged since he didn't like lying around on a sick bed all day.
Jason agreed to his request and took him to a bar that he had frequented in the past and they had a drink together.
"Are you alright?" Bryan asked him after a while.
Jason gave him a look and nodded, "why won't I be?"
"You got beaten badly before we left the city and you admitted that you had gotten in a fight and I guess it was because of a certain woman. What happened?"
