Walter smiled and continued, "My mother did her best for the company and if not for her I wouldn't be here today and for this I'm thankful.
"The reason the company achieved great things wasn't because my father was the CEO, it was because everyone worked hard to do their part and ensure that the gears that made up the machinery ran smoothly.
"My father wasn't the gear but he was like oil in the gear. The company started to suffer when they took their eyes off the goal. They didn't do their part to ensure the success and it continued for years.
"The problem wasn't only the leadership but the people in the company itself. Most of you question my being the CEO but I want you to know that the success of the company doesn't lie only with me but also with my crew.
