It was afternoon and yet she was still sitting there, the same place she sat in since the morning. It wasn't like she had anything else to do other than sitting there to look out of the slits. It was lonely yet comforting.
She had eaten breakfast then lunch and now she was sitting here again. The only thing she did was stare into space and tap her finger against the metal frame of the door. Boring as usual.
Normally they were encouraged to walk around the yard, get to talk to others or just do something productive with their time but to her there was nothing as productive and as rewarding as sitting there and doing nothing, it meant she wouldn't do anything wrong again.
