It took Regina less than three hours to pull the security videos around the house of the ninth victim. It was unfortunate the last case didn't have the CCTV footage since that area had no cameras.
Bryan quickly played the video slowly so as not to miss a thing. He saw a dark figure dressed in black with a huge thick hood covering his face. He had his face down and went into the building slowly.
Bryan waited till he emerged again as clean as he went in with no sign of fear. He watched as the killer left the house in less than three minutes but he noticed something else that was odd.
The killer whom he also tagged as the 'smiling psychopath' didn't actually smile at the camera! He just walked out like that and disappeared in the dark street. He wasn't spotted by other cameras.
