Bryan rushed back to the station after taking Alexa back home. After receiving the call about her brother's kidnap, she had resolved to go over to her father who was in a meeting outside the company but Mr Lee had called Bryan and instructed that he take her home and ensure that she was safe.
It was really difficult to convince or restrain an anxious woman. It took Bryan a lot of time and effort before he was able to bundle her into the mansion and instruct the other guards not to let her out.
All this while, different ideas kept flashing into his mind but he had to push it aside till he talked with the chief and the other officers.
He went straight to the chief's office; Jason was already there.
"What really happened?"
Jason raised an eyebrow at Bryan for asking such questions. He wasn't at the scene! He was supposed to be guarding the boy today but because of some issues that he had to iron out, he had chosen another officer to go in his place.
