First day after kidnap.
Bryan, who hadn't been able to have a single minute of sleep last night, staggered into his house to bath and change his clothes.
The first thing he did after opening the door was to peak into the room to check if there had been any intruder. Thankfully, the house was just like he left it the last time.
Although things weren't moved or taken, he was still cautious. What if they had waited for him to show up? Not everyone liked to overturn people's houses when they searched it.
He checked through every nook and cranny of the house till he was sure that no one was hidden anywhere.
"Thankfully! I might be paranoid but it's better to be safe than sorry." He slumped on the bed and dropped his bag which contained the files he took from the station yesterday.
He was barely able to keep his eyes open. It felt like he had stones in his eyes and it was irritating.
